I crushed it! Two months postpartum. I found your page during the last trimester of my pregnancy and I don’t usually leave a comment, but I feel compelled to let you know, how much it helped me stay active during my pregnancy. Unfortunately in spite of regularly exercising and trying to induce labour naturally, I had to be induced and my cervix refused to dilate beyond 4 cms even after of 19 hours of intense labour, due to how the baby’s head was positioned! :( Had to finally get an emergency c-section, but I am glad I found your page. It helped me quite a lot. Thank you and keep up the good work! 😊
I am also 2 months post partum and this also my first pilates session and I feel amazing so energized instead of tired, I tried some home moves like a couple bridges here and there but it's definitely easier when you have a voice coaching you step by step

My baby is 4 years old, but that mummy tummy refused to go away, maybe I have be doing the wrong excercise.
