I have been regularly doing pilates workout for the past 2 years. But due to my back back which started last week I had to stop my workouts. Then, I discovered your workout and I must tell you... There has been a lot of improvement in my back. Immediately after doing the routine I feel as if I am pain free... Thanks a ton.... I would recommend this workout to everyone who has back pain
I've had back pain for years, I even ended up in the hospital once. Then I started to do spine exercises a year ago and I am 100% pain free since. Not to mention I gained a little muscle as well and my mood is better. I also read that these kind of workouts are very very good for the heart.
All I can say is thank you. It has worked wonders in 5 days. On Saturday I couldn't walk and had shooting pains down my legs and into my feet. I was an extremely unhappy man. Now I'm up and about, walking and finally have the confidence that I can start strengthening my core again without injuring my back. You will be in my prayers
Hi all, just did three quarters of this video (face time with daughter interrupted my session) and boy I feel already it has helped my whole body. My problem is muscle pain in my left back torso from lifting my grandson who is 17 months. Can’t wait for my next session. Thank you for the video.👌❤️
This workout helped my back pain almost immediately! It was an acute injury from work and was so painful but these exercises definitely helped. I will continue doing them and will look at doing some other videos too.
I just joined today and I wanna say thank you for helping out. I have hopes that your routine will help relieve my chronic back pain. Once again, thank you ❤️
Thank you so much for this amazing session🙏I noticed a huge difference in my lower back pain and sciatica after doing this. Feeling so much better now😊Thanks once again. Sending you many blessings🙏
Good morning Sam, my name is Evelyn. My GP sign posted me to your link. I joined your Pilate exercise class this Saturday morning and find them helpful. Could you please advise me on some gentle knee exercises to do whilst doing the Pilate exercise. I do suffer from some arthritis also in my knees, hips and ankle. Also, l have spondylitis on my back. Thank you so much.
Good afternoon Sam, l am seeing some improvements while l'm doing the exercises everyday. Could you please advise on some knee and shoulder exercises to help with my osteoarthritis. Thanks so much. Much appreciated 👍
Really helpful with lots of alternatives for people who have issues of certain movements especially with AS . Lots of explanation which is really good. I sometimes find it difficult to find when to breath in and when to breath out .l find that I’m breathing in as I do the exercise and out as I release and find it difficult to remember the breathing part when I’m exercising and when I do I will forget half way. Thank you for the helpful video ! I will definitely check the other videos
Hi Just wanted to Thank you for These videos im having A go but I have neuropathy and the way you show us that’s safe to get on to the floor and up again is very unstable for me and i end up falling. i personally think going from downward dog and walking hands to feet or feet to hands more stable. hope this helps others like me 😊
Doing the circles with your pelvis felt great, until I had to change direction and for a few seconds I thought my brain was dead 😂😂😂 I eventually did it correctly but for a few seconds my brain was like “CAN NOT COMPUTE, CAN NOT COMPUTE!!” 😂😂😂😂
Hi Sam. I'm restarting your programme of exercises for chronic back pain. You mentioned one exercise in a previous video I watched a year or so ago, which you advised we all do every day, even if it is the only one we do! Can you enlighten me as I didn't save that particular video?
I’m a 68 year old male with arthritis in my lower spine for about 35 years. Would these exercises still be applicable to guy as old as me? The back is ok when I walk, but any type of work that involves stooping over soon leaves me in pain.
I could not see the excercise because of all the notes that were written on your movements. You can move the notes on the side so we could see your exercise.
Ok, there's one thing that is really putting me off this. As a beginner it's hard enough to keep up with a continuous stream of instructions as it is, why make half of them silly things like 'breathing into the side of the body' that are just incomprehensible. I found much better relief from just doing the simple exercises my physiotherapist gave me. I thought this would have more 'flow' but so much of what was being said was just words for the sake of talking and made no sense.

Thank you, just did one session and already I feel it's helped alleviate that awful lower back pain.
My physio has just told me last week to watch this and start doing it. I have a Quadratus lumborum injury which is recovering.
Hi Sam , this was a great workout for me. I suffer with chronic backpain and have required a spinal fusion to support unstable L2/L3. Very grateful.

One of the best
First session I’m sweating I really feel like I’ve had a good workout thank you
This is very good. Should show a modified version for someone in pain and go slower. ❤
This is great thanks
Great start, how do we find the next session with more exercises?
Hi Kath, we have recently added to our UA-cam channel a playlist of videos on pilates and a playlist of videos focused on back care. Hope this helps.
thanks Sam

People just sit around all-day ,not exercising and eating crap and wonder why they are in pain.
Very good
My back is so painful I can't stand for too long
i just found how rigid some parts of me are going through the whole video.
nice
Good routine but she focused only on lower back I think
What's this person's instagram name????
The tone is patronizing

Too fast to follow along with and too much to remember.
