    Did this workout last night all the way to the end! I’m 9months PP and have been watching your videos since I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes during my pregnancy last year. I was able to lose 5 pounds prior to delivering my baby and now I’m 15 pounds down from what I was BEFORE I got pregnant. Baby weight gone! And I just love your yoga videos! I never tried yoga before and it is definitely what I need at the end of a stressful day. Thank you for everything during my journey!

    I really enjoy these with the weights. Working out at home I don't always feel like I'm doing enough but the addition of the weights helps give me that little extra that I need.

    Loved it. Like that it included a warmup and cool down even though it was short it fits perfectly into the small window of “free time” I have as a first time mama.

    I started your workouts during my fourth pregnancy and loved them. My baby is now four months old and I am trying* to start back to working out regularly. As I only have very limited windows of time, these workouts are so perfect. I still feel like I get a great workout in a short period of time. And I know that I won’t be further harming my core while trying to get back in shape.

    I'm 10 months post-partum and have been regularly doing your work out videos. They are perfect and I don't have to worry about doing something that will make diastasis worse! Love how I can just click and go. Just wanted to say, I've tried a lot of them but THIS video was just right in terms of length (can fit it in any time) and also getting a little sweat going. Also love that it hits the major body parts. I feel if you did this video PLUS just a couple more intense targets of glute muscles and arms it would be the perfect cardio + muscle strengthening video. Could you extend this same workout to 20 minutes for the perfect daily workout??? YES!! DO IT!! :-) Thank you so much for your vidéos, I'm planning on sharing with pregnant and PP moms.

    I'm almost a year PP but I love the workouts so much I'll keep doing these. :) They're the perfect length I can always do a different type of workout you have so many videos, I never get bored with them. And this was challenging even though I think I kinda got my strength and stamina back but it is great to have the advanced option for when I feel like I'm able to push myself. :)

    How soon postpartum can we start this? I had my baby a week and a half ago
    , and I feel almost normal already and have already started back on my arm workouts (I worked out consistently before and during pregnancy). Should I wait until tge bleeding stops or the full "6 weeks postpartum"?

      Not an expert, but I would def wait until the bleeding stops. Try walking until then!

      So glad you are feeling great! Usually doctors give clearance around 4-6 weeks postpartum for low impact exercise. I would wait and then start slow to protect your pelvic floor long-term 💞

    Thanks for these workouts! I've been doing your videos throughout pregnancy and into PP. I'm 5 months Pp and feel strong. My diastasis recti gap is down to less than a fingers width and am wondering if it will ever close? Also, I'm stuck at a size up from my normal size..I'm wondering when/if I'll be able to shrink after having a third baby. 😅😅
