I was able to lose 5 pounds prior to delivering my baby and now I’m 15 pounds down from what I was BEFORE I got pregnant. Baby weight gone! And I just love your yoga videos! I never tried yoga before and it is definitely what I need at the end of a stressful day. Thank you for everything during my journey!

I really enjoy these with the weights. Working out at home I don't always feel like I'm doing enough but the addition of the weights helps give me that little extra that I need.
I started your workouts during my fourth pregnancy and loved them. My baby is now four months old and I am trying* to start back to working out regularly. As I only have very limited windows of time, these workouts are so perfect. I still feel like I get a great workout in a short period of time. And I know that I won’t be further harming my core while trying to get back in shape.
Loved it. Like that it included a warmup and cool down even though it was short it fits perfectly into the small window of “free time” I have as a first time mama.

I feel if you did this video PLUS just a couple more intense targets of glute muscles and arms it would be the perfect cardio + muscle strengthening video. How soon postpartum can we start this? I had my baby a week and a half ago , and I feel almost normal already and have already started back on my arm workouts (I worked out consistently before and during pregnancy). Should I wait until tge bleeding stops or the full "6 weeks postpartum"?
So glad you are feeling great! Usually doctors give clearance around 4-6 weeks postpartum for low impact exercise. I would wait and then start slow to protect your pelvic floor long-term 💞

Hi Lucy! Check with your doctor (you could take it in and scrub though) or ask about “low impact” postpartum workouts. It’s usually 4-6 weeks after vaginal delivery. Thanks so much 💞

Perfect type of workout- cardio + strength, all under 20 minutes so I can squeeze it in during my kids’ nap times!

Not an expert, but I would def wait until the bleeding stops. Try walking until then!
