    I’m 25 weeks and it’s my 2nd pregnancy! I do your workouts every night before bed and your stretch routine every morning. They help get better sleep, reduce pain, and have more energy throughout the day! Thank you for these effective and safe workouts.

    This was my favorite pilates sculpt class of yours so far just wish it was longer but that's okay, I'll just do another one of yours to fill in the time! Thanks for all that you do and I love your classes, the simplicity, not a lot of talking, great music and clear directions! You're the best!

    Your videos are such a gift!! After having two babies and having diastasis recti I have felt lost as to how to strengthen my body again.     20 weeks pregnant, I have sacroiliac joint dysfunction from my first pregnancy and I’m in daily pain, your workouts help me first thing in the morning to activate and stretch before I start my day making the pain lesson. Love your work 🙌🏼

    It's been 2 years since I had my baby, but I finally feel back in shape and flexible!

    Liked this really much! used my 1.4 kg (3lb) weights and it felt good! And I love that there is an included stretch at the end of every video. 37 weeks right now and feeling good!

    I love all of your workouts! I get a great workout but also feel safe at 27 weeks! I love the option to add equipment if it’s available 👍🏻

    Loved the video! You're amazing and I love how calm you are but a beast at the same time! Wondering if it would be possible to do a prenatal pilates video with a pilates ring or ball? Anywho love your videos!! I do them multiple times a week!
