I have never commented on a video before... but wanted to make sure that those of you questioning whether or not this will help your glutes, understand that it ABSOLUTELY WILL!!! I've been doing it about 5-6 days a week for over two weeks and the changes to my thighs and butt are remarkable. My recommendation is to fight through the burn and incorporate this short routine into your daily workout. You won't regret it.

These are the workouts that actually, really work for me! I've seen huge results and everyone around me has noticed. In fact, now, two friends and one of my SILs do these workouts with me!
I've never been diagnosed with endo, but my and my doc think there's a good chance I have it. A lot of workouts end up causing me pain, but these quick ones have been a god send🙏🏻

I had health problems for 6 months and I was banned from doing any exercise from my doctor. during these months, I naturally lost ALL my muscle and only very recently was cleared out of exercise. I am doing many of the 5 minute workouts and my muscles are back in a matter of days! I have been eating a lot of healthy food to help rebuild my muscle quickly. Bailey, I want to thank you so much! My body is getting in a much better shape than it was before. My butt is higher, my hips are tighter, I start to see abs and noticeably more strength in my arms. A lot of people already shared their experiences, so let's do the same 😋 Day 1: 89,1cm Day 2: 89.1cm Day 3: 89,6cm Day 4: 90cm Day 5: 90,2cm Day 6: 91.4cm Day 7: 90,7cm I took a 5 day break, resulting in a shrinking butt, so I decided to restart! My bum is still a little bigger than when I first started to do these exercises, so it definitely helps! Day 1: 90,6 cm
JUST FINISHED THE SEVENTH DAY AND DAMN, THIS WORKS!!!! i started doing this last monday, but yesterday i couldn’t do it so i finished today the seven days. when i started i already had a not big but not small butt, but it was absolutely not firm nor round. now it is SO LIFTED AND IT DOES LOOK LIKE A FREAKING PEACH EMOJI 🤠 just wanted to thank you bailey, and for those asking, i did not do any other butt exercises during the week, just abs (no influence in the butt at aLL). i did work really hard in the mind muscle connection and put as much strength and effort as i could in each of the exercises to get great results, and guess what, i did :D

For anyone wondering this one WORKS!! I tried it a couple years ago and it did give an obvious glow up to my butt, definitely more lifted and rounded. I decided to come back again to see if it can make it look even better. Thank you Bailey!
Day 1: Great workout and I felt the burn. Day 2: I found the workout a lot harder to do today. My butt was on fire. Day 3: Done Day 4: Finished. I feel a difference in my butt. Feels firm and fuller. Very happy with the results so far. Day 5: Today’s workout was very short, but I made sure to include this in there. Day 6: The workout has gotten easier yet, the burn is still present. Day 7: Challenge Complete. Miracles don’t happen over night, but for 5 minutes a day for a week I can say a miracle did happen. I’d recommend really pairing this video with one of her other workouts. Put in the work and you’ll see your results like I did! I’ll definitely be incorporating this routine into my other workouts. Thank you Bailey!

@@upashasaikia5437 heyyyy so I did Bailey's cardio (the 5 mins one) also I alternated between 3 workouts which were the em rata abs workout, 15 minutes Pilates abs and gigi Hadid workout. Also as of diet I skipped out on sugar tho I had it once in awhile and avoided all processed food bread being exception (brown bread) and also tried to swap junk food with healthier options like I snack on raisins that's all. 💕

This workout is so good, it’s literally one of the only workouts I’ve done so far where I really feel the burn in my butt instead of my thighs or legs. So glad I found this one! Also love how you describe the positions and gives us motivation on the exact right times!
I've been doing this workout for two weeks now and my butt has never looked better!! you can really notice the lift and the rounder shape in your butt after this workout.
I have almost no butt so I'm gonna try this- Day 1- My butt is gonna fall off Day 2- Burned just as much as yesterday, probably even a little more (that might've been cause I wore a hoodie during the workout today oops) Day 3- Still burns a ton, I don't see a difference yet but it's only been 3 days and I'm looking forward to seeing the progress on day 7 😁 Day 4- Burned a ton but was easier than the last three days, still no difference yet, just a very sore butt haha Day 5- Was a lot easier than the last 4 days, it still burned but I didn't almost collapse every 10 seconds 😂 My butt isn't any bigger, if anything it's a tad smaller (which isn't a bad thing, cause before my butt was there but had hardly any shape), but I've noticed it's a bit more defined, and this might just be my imagination but it does feel a teensy bit firmer. I'm gonna start eating more so it can get a bit bigger 👌 Day 6- Still burned and was really hard today, but I was wearing pajamas so that probably contributed (I really need to start wearing cooler clothes during workouts). Same as day 5, but a little firmer! Day 7- I took a break today so I could give my butt a chance to rest haha. My butt is definitely a little bit higher than on day 1, and a teensy bit more defined 😁 I'm gonna keep updating this for a few more weeks 👌 Day 8- The workout burned but it was easier than day 1-6, my butt still looks the same as day 7, a little higher and more defined than on day 1. Days 9-11- I skipped 3 days cause I've been pretty sick, but I'm feeling better so tomorrow I'll get back on track. ~Ok I don't think I'll update this every day cause school just started and I keep forgetting~ Week 2- I haven't been doing this every day, more like every other day, and I've noticed a pretty big difference, there's more shape to my butt and it's a lot more lifted and a bit firmer. And I've noticed there's a bit more meat on there too haha, not much but it's progress

It's only 7 days so let's try this: Day 1: I felt it more in my legs but I went to check out her other video for workout mistakes and hopefully it will be better on day 2. Day 2: It was way better today, still died towards the end, but my lower back still does hurt after the workout so gotta figure something out for day 3. Day 3: Was great, the lower back wasn't hurting much and really felt it strong :) Day 4: Hurt more today but it felt great! Day 5: Bum still hurts which means its working!!!! Day 6: I had forgotten to do it today and feel horrible but I will make up for it on day 7 but completing the workout twice!!

im on day 4 of trying a couple of these workouts and something that helped me with this one and hovering my hips back down was putting my hands flat under my butt and going back up when i felt them touch. and the commentary on these videos is actually really nice and engaging! i don't go to the gym because it makes me nervous even thinking about being around that many people, but this makes it to where it still feels like im not doing it alone, so thanks!

This challenge is great! already completed the 7 days but saw results since day 3. When quarantine started I looked for exercises I could do at home and came across Bailey’s channel, from the beginning I loved her workouts and specially her quick but very effective 5 min butt workouts. I went into the Chloe Ting’s craze and started doing the summer shred challenge but she focuses on abs and arms and completely neglects the butt so went back to Bailey
Day 1: ✅ It was kinda easy but i could feel the burn !! Day 2: ✅ Could def feel the burn Day 3: ✅ Did It !! I could feel the burn Day 4: ✅ Did It Today As Well !! I've got to say this is the only trainer that was able to keep me engaged and not run away from exercising. Also, this one works! I definitely see the changes. But don't forget you should also be careful to eat little to no processed foods in order to keep your body healthy! Healthy fats are important!

JUST FINISHED THE SEVENTH DAY AND DAMN, THIS WORKS!!!! i started doing this last monday, but yesterday i couldn’t do it so i finished today the seven days. when i started i already had a not big but not small butt, but it was absolutely not firm nor round. now it is SO LIFTED AND IT DOES LOOK LIKE A FREAKING PEACH EMOJI 🤠
just wanted to thank you bailey, and for those asking, i did not do any other butt exercises during the week, just abs (no influence in the butt at aLL). i did work really hard in the mind muscle connection and put as much strength and effort as i could in each of the exercises to get great results, and guess what, i did :D

For anyone wondering this one WORKS!! I tried it a couple years ago and it did give an obvious glow up to my butt, definitely more lifted and rounded. I decided to come back again to see if it can make it look even better. Thank you Bailey!
Day 1: Great workout and I felt the burn.
Day 2: I found the workout a lot harder to do today. My butt was on fire. Day 3: Done
Day 4: Finished. I feel a difference in my butt. Feels firm and fuller. Very happy with the results so far.
Day 5: Today’s workout was very short, but I made sure to include this in there.
Day 6: The workout has gotten easier yet, the burn is still present.
Day 7: Challenge Complete.
Miracles don’t happen over night, but for 5 minutes a day for a week I can say a miracle did happen. I’d recommend really pairing this video with one of her other workouts. Put in the work and you’ll see your results like I did! I’ll definitely be incorporating this routine into my other workouts. Thank you Bailey!

@@upashasaikia5437 heyyyy so I did Bailey's cardio (the 5 mins one) also I alternated between 3 workouts which were the em rata abs workout, 15 minutes Pilates abs and gigi Hadid workout. Also as of diet I skipped out on sugar tho I had it once in awhile and avoided all processed food bread being exception (brown bread) and also tried to swap junk food with healthier options like I snack on raisins that's all. 💕

This workout is so good, it’s literally one of the only workouts I’ve done so far where I really feel the burn in my butt instead of my thighs or legs. So glad I found this one! Also love how you describe the positions and gives us motivation on the exact right times!

I have almost no butt so I'm gonna try this-
Day 1- My butt is gonna fall off
Day 2- Burned just as much as yesterday, probably even a little more (that might've been cause I wore a hoodie during the workout today oops)
Day 3- Still burns a ton, I don't see a difference yet but it's only been 3 days and I'm looking forward to seeing the progress on day 7 😁
Day 4- Burned a ton but was easier than the last three days, still no difference yet, just a very sore butt haha
Day 5- Was a lot easier than the last 4 days, it still burned but I didn't almost collapse every 10 seconds 😂 My butt isn't any bigger, if anything it's a tad smaller (which isn't a bad thing, cause before my butt was there but had hardly any shape), but I've noticed it's a bit more defined, and this might just be my imagination but it does feel a teensy bit firmer. I'm gonna start eating more so it can get a bit bigger 👌
Day 6- Still burned and was really hard today, but I was wearing pajamas so that probably contributed (I really need to start wearing cooler clothes during workouts). Same as day 5, but a little firmer!
Day 7- I took a break today so I could give my butt a chance to rest haha. My butt is definitely a little bit higher than on day 1, and a teensy bit more defined 😁 I'm gonna keep updating this for a few more weeks 👌
Day 8- The workout burned but it was easier than day 1-6, my butt still looks the same as day 7, a little higher and more defined than on day 1.
Days 9-11- I skipped 3 days cause I've been pretty sick, but I'm feeling better so tomorrow I'll get back on track.

Week 2- I haven't been doing this every day, more like every other day, and I've noticed a pretty big difference, there's more shape to my butt and it's a lot more lifted and a bit firmer. And I've noticed there's a bit more meat on there too haha, not much but it's progress

Day 1: I felt it more in my legs but I went to check out her other video for workout mistakes and hopefully it will be better on day 2.
Day 2: It was way better today, still died towards the end, but my lower back still does hurt after the workout so gotta figure something out for day 3.
Day 3: Was great, the lower back wasn't hurting much and really felt it strong :)
Day 4: Hurt more today but it felt great!
Day 5: Bum still hurts which means its working!!!!

im on day 4 of trying a couple of these workouts and something that helped me with this one and hovering my hips back down was putting my hands flat under my butt and going back up when i felt them touch.

When quarantine started I looked for exercises I could do at home and came across Bailey’s channel, from the beginning I loved her workouts and specially her quick but very effective 5 min butt workouts.
I went into the Chloe Ting’s craze and started doing the summer shred challenge but she focuses on abs and arms and completely neglects the butt so went back to Bailey

I've got to say this is the only trainer that was able to keep me engaged and not run away from exercising.
Also, this one works! I definitely see the changes. But don't forget you should also be careful to eat little to no processed foods in order to keep your body healthy! Healthy fats are important!
