I just want to say I have seen a lot of comments saying like stop talking so much from several of your videos and I want to say that I know some people are able to workout better with just music but the only thing that keeps me going though the workouts is the distraction of hearing you talk and listening to you tell little jokes and give encouragement something I haven't found anywhere else! So keep doing what your doing and thank you so much for your workout videos they are so helpful and work so well!!!
GUYS TRY IT RIGHT NOW!!! I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks and my thighs are so much thinner and toned! Now I can see my muscles in my inner thighs and my bestie said my butt isn’t flat anymore and I’ve noticed more of a lift and smile, it feels 100% firmer too. Ruth Quadros i thought I was the only one! I couldn’t believe how awkward the pain is in my hips it’s like pure torture! After the workout I curl in a ball and hold my hips it’s like a burn like no other! I run every morning but this workout made me feel in so out of shape 🙈I love all of her other workouts’ this one is the hardest for me

I'm the laziest person ever but Bailey's videos work for me since the beginning of the year. Even if I stop and lose motivation due to life and mental health issues getting in the way, even after a month of not working out, her workouts and bright personality make me feel calm and positive, making it easy for me to get back to her routine again. I've been doing these workouts almost everyday. The more consistent I am the more reps I want to do because I feel like I can keep going/I am getting stronger. If you feel the same I recommend stopping the video at 3:55 to start over to do another set on the first leg and then when you do the second leg finish the video and go back to 3:55 to do it again for that leg. I hope that isn't too confusing! haha. I'm so happy with my results. Thank you Bailey

Hi Bailey, I just wanted to say THANK YOU for these amazing videos. I recently had a baby, and I gained about 45 pounds during pregnancy. As soon as my doctor cleared me to workout, I started faithfully doing a few of the videos on the channel every day for five days a week, and LOVING the process. These videos are so fun. I've been doing this for about a month now....in the beginning my legs hurt while doing this...the burn was intense! But now it feels fine which means it is working and my muscles have strengthened....my thighs look a little more svelte and toned and I will definitely continue. Thank you!!
These five minute workouts are a lifesaver!! I’m pregnant with our fourth and way too tired and nauseous to go the gym. But I’ve been able to do these because they are only five minutes. It’s true that we can do anything for five minutes! My husband and I thank you Bailey💛 ...ps he doesn’t do them but he sure likes the results, lol😜

I have been doing this for 3 days so I am finto give you guys my results all the way to day 20. Day 1: I did this one , Chloe ting. It was kinda hard for chloe ting so i took longer breaks. Day 2: I was very sore today but I did This one, Ab one, and the Arm one, it wasn’t as hard as chloe ting and that’s why i love it! Each video is 5-7 minutes so to do atleast 4 videos on a different section is 20 minutes worth of workout! Day 3: I was very sore!! But It wasn’t as hard had the other days, I also plugged in my old wii, and went to just dance and did the “sweat mode”. Today wasn’t as painful because I am getting used to it. Day 4: Kinda was hard, I had a drink and a burger which i am NOT proud of. I’m thinking i’m starting to see results, I am going to do a weigh in and see how much i lost in the first 4 days!! Day 5: I did good, i was lazy and did it on the bed lol. Was very painful. Day 6: Did 4 inner thigh workouts and it BURNS, almost cried when I got done lol. I started over so ima give a update now on day 9. Day 9: I did this with another thigh workout , 2 abb workouts , her 5 min cardio, and chloe ting 2 week shred, i see big results , i lost 10 pounds so far!! Please like this up to remind me to give updates !!

I hear you! I'm 2 months into recovering from a torn calf and DVT's so I can't put weight on my calf still. Just found these workouts and love them because I can finally move my legs again. You don't realize what months of no activity does to your muscles.
I stopped working out for a couple months because life had me so burnt out that exercise became the first thing I stopped. I’d been doing it for a year straight. This is the first time I’ve done this video in three months and it hurt just as bad as it did when I first started lol. Always effective 👌🏻

Getting back to exercising after 5 month break, always loved Bailey’s workouts so here we go :)) Keeping track on myself: Day 1 - ✅ got that dopamine kick, lets goo Day 2 - ✅ sore from yesterday so it was a lil harder Day 3 - ✅ still sore despite a lot of stretching, damn i got so weak during the break Day 4 - ✅ a lot better, going 2x in a row; the second was a lot slower Day 5 - ✅ im doing 1 in the morning and another 1 in the evening Day 6 - ✅ did this after another butt workout w weights, hurts like a bitch but feels really good Day 7 - REST Day 8 - ✅ added resistance bands, my legs were SHAKING; did it w my bf, the workout killed him lmao Day 9 - ✅ the resistance bands r making me scream in my head Day 10 - ✅ today was fun Day 11 & 12 - REST cause i was working for 13 hrs and i cried when i tried move my body more lmao Day 13 - ✅ Day 14 - ✅ Getting back after doing absolutely NOTHING during christmas🤡 Day 15 - ✅ yeaah i think my legs forgot how to go up and down Day 16 - ✅ dead. fr i was SO sore from yesterday it killed me Day 17 - ✅ weirdly relaxing, mind cleanser I haven’t been updating for a couple of months but I’ve been exercising aaand: ✨RESULTS✨ It definitely, definitely works. I exercise 5 times a week & usually combine this w another 10-20min butt workout and sometimes repeat 2-3 times. I also added resistance band and weights which I’ve been slowly upping. My butt is bigger, nice and round, looks reaaalll good in almost any pants (🙏🏿), no cellulite, hip dips significantly less visible. My thighs have gotten a bit slimmer, more lean for sure, they’re kinda the perfect slim-thick type so I’m very happy abt this too. I hope this encouraged some of u to keep going:) It’s very much worth it!! I wish y’all the best journeys to your dream bodies, try to have discipline but don’t be too harsh w urselves and don’t forget to take care

You know everytime I do this workout I get out of my head. I think about nothing and everything at the same time it's really strange. The best way I can describe it is like doing mental yoga that you see physical results with ☺️💗

Hi guys so imma start doing this workout until I feel and see a difference in my body. I’ll be doing this and another one of her leg workouts, arm workout and a 5 mins waist workout by lili sabri. Day 1- I did all 4 workouts which I wasn’t planning to (arm,waist,leg workout 2x)😂 it wasn’t that bad tbh I felt good towards the end but tired I’ll be continuing this on throughout the week. Day 2- IDK WHY BUT IT HURT A LOT MORE. I think it’s bc I also woke up with sore legs I only did this work and a waist workout Day 3- I only did a waist workout and her arm workout. Not bad Day 4- waist & arm workout again. 6/10 Day 5- waist & a diff thigh workout. A lot easier Day 6- waist & this thigh workout. I did rlly good, the more u do it the easier it gets Day 7- rest day Day8- I did all 3, this workout,her arm workout and lily sabri waist workout. It was hard but got thru it :) Day 9- I did her arm workout and lily sabri waist workout. (Btw I’m seeing a diff in my waist and kinda with my arms but imma keep going :)) Day 10- I did lily sabri waist and this workout it was kinda hard but a bit easy. I’m starting my period soon asw so past these days I’ve eaten quite a lot of junk snacks so I’m hoping I’ll go back to eating more healthier and in moderate size. Day 11- arm and waist workout. I'm doing this to see what kind of results I get: I started this yesterday so today is my second day Day 1 - Pretty difficult...stopped for about 5 seconds while doing my right leg. Day 2 - I could feel that i was slightly sore from yesterdays workout but still did it. It was easier than yesterday. Still burned like crazy though Day 3 - Did this without stopping! Definitely easier today. Still sore from the other days but its not bad! Day 4 - Still felt the burn like crazy! I'm excited for the results. Day 5 - It's a lot easier to motivate myself to do it now that I've done it for 5 days in a row. Still burning though. Day 6 - Keeping it going Day 7 - Rest Day! Day 8 - Back to it, and it burns. I can do the moves alot better now. I'm now focused on getting all the movements down correctly instead of just trying to get through the video. Day 9- Kept it going, pretty tired but it's working Day 10- Last day before thanksgiving, so my rest days are giving me motivation. Day 11- Thanksgiving (so no exercise) Day 12- Too tired and the festivities continued Day 13- Took a break Day 14 - Restin Day 15 - Back at it an boy did it burn! I've lost half an inch around my thighs! Day 16- This is still a challenge to do. But I love it Day 17- This was the last day i did it for the challenge. I started with my left thigh being 26 1/2 inches and by the end of 17 days my thigh was 25 1/12 inches. My right thigh started at 26 inches and now its at 25 inches. I'm going to continue this workout but it really does work. I felt a difference when I tried on a pair of jeans that seemed to be pretty tight before and now i have an easier time getting them on. Also i not only did this video but i did a few of her other leg slimming workouts as well during the 17 days. Good luck to anyone doing this workout.

I did this workout 5 times a week for the whole of lockdown untill now, can definitely say there is a difference.. I started off barely even being able to lift my leg off the ground after the circles -without really struggling, and I mean REALLY struggling. Fast forward to now - I use two ankle weights on one leg and a resistance band around my thighs at the same time and it burns so good.. definitely have more definition in my thigh/hip area since doing this workout + the butt lift workout straight after, protein shakes/upping protein intake in general, daily. Thank you bailey! I’ve never stuck to a workout so religiously before lol
I’ve been doing this twice weekly for a month and it’s amazing how quickly you get better at it. At the beginning I said “wow this is worse than burpees” and now I’ve come a long way. Ha
I really gotta say, I've had hip dips for soooo long and never had round hips but after doing this for a couple weeks, I can definitely notice a difference! And not only that, this workout actually keeps my legs nice and slim!😍 just a tip, when you dont feel the burn as much after a while, add ankle weights or a resistance band and then you'll REALLY feel that burn !! These feel really good! Three years ago I had my left hip broken and replaced in a motorcycle accident and this helps strengthen and stretch that hip wonderfully.

These five minute workouts are a lifesaver!! I’m pregnant with our fourth and way too tired and nauseous to go the gym. But I’ve been able to do these because they are only five minutes. It’s true that we can do anything for five minutes! My husband and I thank you Bailey💛 ...ps he doesn’t do them but he sure likes the results, lol😜

Fr I hate squats
I have been doing this for 3 days so I am finto give you guys my results all the way to day 20.
Day 1: I did this one , Chloe ting. It was kinda hard for chloe ting so i took longer breaks.
Day 2: I was very sore today but I did This one, Ab one, and the Arm one, it wasn’t as hard as chloe ting and that’s why i love it! Each video is 5-7 minutes so to do atleast 4 videos on a different section is 20 minutes worth of workout!
Day 3: I was very sore!! But It wasn’t as hard had the other days, I also plugged in my old wii, and went to just dance and did the “sweat mode”. Today wasn’t as painful because I am getting used to it.
Day 4: Kinda was hard, I had a drink and a burger which i am NOT proud of. I’m thinking i’m starting to see results, I am going to do a weigh in and see how much i lost in the first 4 days!!
Day 5: I did good, i was lazy and did it on the bed lol. Was very painful.
Day 6: Did 4 inner thigh workouts and it BURNS, almost cried when I got done lol.
I started over so ima give a update now on day 9.
Day 9: I did this with another thigh workout , 2 abb workouts , her 5 min cardio, and chloe ting 2 week shred, i see big results , i lost 10 pounds so far!!

by the time she says that my hip and the muscle between my hip and knee are already on fire, the last part where we bring the knee in and push out with the heel gives me a toe cramp 2 /3 of the times I've done it.

Grace Sansom i did it every day! But make sure you take at least one or two rest days! Rest is really important

GIRL. I am recovering from a torn ACL (no surgery yet) and not being able to do legs for the past year has officially killed all my leg muscle. I love that I can do these and it doesn't put too much resistance (if none at all) on my injured knee.

I hear you! I'm 2 months into recovering from a torn calf and DVT's so I can't put weight on my calf still. Just found these workouts and love them because I can finally move my legs again. You don't realize what months of no activity does to your muscles.

I stopped working out for a couple months because life had me so burnt out that exercise became the first thing I stopped. I’d been doing it for a year straight. This is the first time I’ve done this video in three months and it hurt just as bad as it did when I first started lol. Always effective 👌🏻

Getting back to exercising after 5 month break, always loved Bailey’s workouts so here we go :))
Keeping track on myself:
Day 1 - ✅ got that dopamine kick, lets goo
Day 2 - ✅ sore from yesterday so it was a lil harder
Day 3 - ✅ still sore despite a lot of stretching, damn i got so weak during the break
Day 4 - ✅ a lot better, going 2x in a row; the second was a lot slower
Day 5 - ✅ im doing 1 in the morning and another 1 in the evening
Day 6 - ✅ did this after another butt workout w weights, hurts like a bitch but feels really good
Day 7 - REST
Day 8 - ✅ added resistance bands, my legs were SHAKING; did it w my bf, the workout killed him lmao
Day 9 - ✅ the resistance bands r making me scream in my head
Day 10 - ✅ today was fun
Day 11 & 12 - REST cause i was working for 13 hrs and i cried when i tried move my body more lmao

It definitely, definitely works. I exercise 5 times a week & usually combine this w another 10-20min butt workout and sometimes repeat 2-3 times. I also added resistance band and weights which I’ve been slowly upping. My butt is bigger, nice and round, looks reaaalll good in almost any pants (🙏🏿), no cellulite, hip dips significantly less visible. My thighs have gotten a bit slimmer, more lean for sure, they’re kinda the perfect slim-thick type so I’m very happy abt this too.
I hope this encouraged some of u to keep going:) It’s very much worth it!! I wish y’all the best journeys to your dream bodies, try to have discipline but don’t be too harsh w urselves and don’t forget to take care

Hi guys so imma start doing this workout until I feel and see a difference in my body. I’ll be doing this and another one of her leg workouts, arm workout and a 5 mins waist workout by lili sabri.
Day 1- I did all 4 workouts which I wasn’t planning to (arm,waist,leg workout 2x)😂 it wasn’t that bad tbh I felt good towards the end but tired
I’ll be continuing this on throughout the week.
Day 2- IDK WHY BUT IT HURT A LOT MORE. I think it’s bc I also woke up with sore legs I only did this work and a waist workout
Day 3- I only did a waist workout and her arm workout. Not bad
Day 4- waist & arm workout again. 6/10
Day 5- waist & a diff thigh workout. A lot easier
Day 6- waist & this thigh workout. I did rlly good, the more u do it the easier it gets
Day 7- rest day
Day8- I did all 3, this workout,her arm workout and lily sabri waist workout. It was hard but got thru it :)
Day 9- I did her arm workout and lily sabri waist workout. (Btw I’m seeing a diff in my waist and kinda with my arms but imma keep going :))
Day 10- I did lily sabri waist and this workout it was kinda hard but a bit easy. I’m starting my period soon asw so past these days I’ve eaten quite a lot of junk snacks so I’m hoping I’ll go back to eating more healthier and in moderate size.

Day 12- inner thigh and slim thigh- it wasn’t that hard. I was dreading it to begin with but it was actually rlly good and kinda easy.

I'm doing this to see what kind of results I get: I started this yesterday so today is my second day
Day 1 - Pretty difficult...stopped for about 5 seconds while doing my right leg.
Day 2 - I could feel that i was slightly sore from yesterdays workout but still did it. It was easier than yesterday. Still burned like crazy though
Day 3 - Did this without stopping! Definitely easier today. Still sore from the other days but its not bad!
Day 4 - Still felt the burn like crazy! I'm excited for the results.
Day 5 - It's a lot easier to motivate myself to do it now that I've done it for 5 days in a row. Still burning though.
Day 6 - Keeping it going
Day 7 - Rest Day!
Day 8 - Back to it, and it burns. I can do the moves alot better now. I'm now focused on getting all the movements down correctly instead of just trying to get through the video.
Day 9- Kept it going, pretty tired but it's working
Day 10- Last day before thanksgiving, so my rest days are giving me motivation.
Day 11- Thanksgiving (so no exercise)
Day 12- Too tired and the festivities continued
Day 13- Took a break
Day 14 - Restin
Day 15 - Back at it an boy did it burn! I've lost half an inch around my thighs!
Day 16- This is still a challenge to do. But I love it
Day 17- This was the last day i did it for the challenge.
I started with my left thigh being 26 1/2 inches and by the end of 17 days my thigh was 25 1/12 inches. My right thigh started at 26 inches and now its at 25 inches. I'm going to continue this workout but it really does work. I felt a difference when I tried on a pair of jeans that seemed to be pretty tight before and now i have an easier time getting them on.
Also i not only did this video but i did a few of her other leg slimming workouts as well during the 17 days.

I did this workout 5 times a week for the whole of lockdown untill now, can definitely say there is a difference.. I started off barely even being able to lift my leg off the ground after the circles -without really struggling, and I mean REALLY struggling. Fast forward to now - I use two ankle weights on one leg and a resistance band around my thighs at the same time and it burns so good.. definitely have more definition in my thigh/hip area since doing this workout + the butt lift workout straight after, protein shakes/upping protein intake in general, daily. Thank you bailey! I’ve never stuck to a workout so religiously before lol
That was an insane 5 minutes. More burn felt than anything else I’ve done.
I’ve been doing this twice weekly for a month and it’s amazing how quickly you get better at it. At the beginning I said “wow this is worse than burpees” and now I’ve come a long way. Ha
I really gotta say, I've had hip dips for soooo long and never had round hips but after doing this for a couple weeks, I can definitely notice a difference! And not only that, this workout actually keeps my legs nice and slim!😍 just a tip, when you dont feel the burn as much after a while, add ankle weights or a resistance band and then you'll REALLY feel that burn !! These feel really good! Three years ago I had my left hip broken and replaced in a motorcycle accident and this helps strengthen and stretch that hip wonderfully.
