I love these 5 minutes workouts. I've taken Bailey's mantra with me everywhere. When I'm listening to someone drone on at work I say to myself "keep listening.....you can do anything for five minutes"!!!
Honestly, your channel is so underrated. You have amazing workout routines and the way you talk to us make me feel comfortable and gives me motivation to do it with you. I have been doing your booty workout for almost a month now and my butt is popping! Lol, two months ago I was flat as a paper and I felt so insecure about it that my older sister made fun of me for it , but it motivated me to work to grow my butt and it was worth it. My butt is so much bigger and my side booty is bigger as well. It doesn't feel boney anymore Thank you Bailey for being so genuine and inspiring me. Did this workout 2 times today and my legs feel like jello 😂
I’m going to start doing this twice a day!! Day 1: It’s amazing how the burn starts LITERALLY right away. It’s easy but still burns. Day 2: It burned even more today because my legs were so sore from yesterday! I’ve noticed it takes a lot longer to feel the burn on my right side so I’ve been giving myself ten seconds extra on the right. Day 3: It’s definitely getting easier. It took a lot longer for the burn to kick in! Day 4: I decided to do entirely left the first time and entirely right the second time. IT BURNED SO MUCH!! Day 5: Almost didn’t have time today, but I was able to do it both times! Day 6: Still going strong!! Day 7: I’m still doing the entirely left the first time, entirely right the second time thing and it’s really working! Progress Check: no difference yet :( Day 8: Trying not to lose motivation despite my lack of progress. Day 9: Getting easier... Day 10: Not sure if I should keep updating, this comment only has two like. But it’s keeping me motivated, so I think I will.
Update: After two weeks, I still saw no results, and so I stopped being consistent, but I still do this workout often. Still burns and my legs feel stronger, but the measurements are the same.

My updates: Day 1 - Felt the burn. Day 2 - Thighs felt a little sore, rest today. Day 3 - I'm also doing a thinner waist one. Saw more progress with my waist. :) Day 4 - My little stretch marks got lighter today! Day 5 - Took a break. Day 6 - Did it. :)) Day 7 - Lighter stretch marks. Day 8 - Saw improvement. My inner thighs got slimmer and my waist was slimmer. Day 9 - Took a break. Day 10 - Measured my thighs. I was at 21½ inches for both thighs, but now I am at 20 inches. Day 11 - Did them! :) Became unmotivated, restarting! Day 1 - I did it! I feel very motivated and not worthless. For the past few days, I have things on my to-do list. I always pushed the dates further and further away, so I felt useless and as if I'm doing nothing. Today I did some stuff like decorating the Christmas tree, cleaning my room, and practicing art. I'm honestly so proud of myself. Day 2 - My waist and stomach area feels sore. I lost about half an inch to an inch on my waist. It's getting quite noticeable now. Day 3 - Did them! Day 4 - Feeling very productive. I finished a book series and I'm getting into hobbies. My marks are fading. :) Day 5 - I really see a difference. My pants feel more comfortable and my waist looks beautiful. Day 6 - Almost forgot to! Day 7 - I'll measure myself tomorrow. Day 8 - Took a break today. Day 9 - Measured myself and lost 1/2 inches. Day 10 - Did them, felt unmotivated though! Day 11 - Took a break, felt unmotivated. Day 12 - Did them. I was baking too so it was helpful. I would do the workouts in between the cooking time. Day 13 - Started waking up earlier in the morning, this means I have to do my workouts twice a day. :) Day 14 - My hip was hurting badly. Day 15 - Again, my hip was hurting. I only did back workouts. Day 16 - Did them! Day 17 - Done! Day 18 - Did them. :) Day 19 - Christmas break. Day 20 - Christmas break. Day 21 - Did them. Day 22 - Done! :)) Day 23 - Did them today! I cleaned my house, felt very clean and motivated. Day 24 - Did some more cleaning. I also made cornbread! :D Day 25 - Did them earlier, huuraayyy! Day 26 - Took a break, happy new years eve! Day 27 - Did them.

this is definitely gonna be my go to inner thigh video! i have a moderately skinny waist and top half, but i’ve always struggled with my upper inner thigh and this really burns AND has an amazing result! been doing this for 1 week and i already see less cellulite!

I’m very uncomfortable with my body so I’ll do this exercise for 2 weeks, and I’ll try to update you every day, and at the end of every week I’ll write a small note if I see changes. ♥️ Day 1: ✅ The burn was so much, I was almost tearing up! I have high hopes Day 2: ❌ Unfortunately I felt sick, so I couldn’t do them :( Day 3: ❌ I haven’t done them today as well, so I hope I’ll do them tomorrow :) Day 4: ✅ I just finished now! I did your side booty and thighs and butt toning workouts and after only 3 workouts I felt the difference, they're actually more toned now it's amazing, can't wait to try this workout as well
Did this everyday for about a month and then once I stopped I quickly figured out how much this short workout actually impacted me- I can't fit my thighs into any pants and like- not in a good way. Getting back on this magic today!!!! Really works guys- even if you don't notice it weight wise plz measure your thighs if your a big girl cos I kept being so down about my efforts not working I hadn't even realized I was wearing a 12 comfortable which was a big deal starting from 16/18 now I'm back where I started once I stopped... definitely keeping track by measurement not pounds this time
Also this is my favorite workout video in existence because its completable for me and the accomplishment is so exciting it hypes me up for more- if I jump into even a 10 min workout i am dying lol from so out of shape these 5 min videos are LIFECHANGING and helped me drop sizes now gonna get back and get to my goal weight finally

I have been doing this workout for about 3-4 weeks and I can definitely see results, my legs look so much slimmer in jeans or shorts. I combined this with bailey’s hailey beiber ab workout and the results are truly amazing for such a short duration. ❤

Ariella Kherrington where did you see a difference? was it your overall thigh fat loss or an increase in the thigh gap? and how long did it take you to notice results?
@Morgan Hannafin I’ve never had a problem with my outer thighs, as they’ve always been quite muscular. So, I mainly saw a difference in my thigh gap area. I did this consistently for about a week and a half, along with her butt lifting workout, arm workout and lower stomach workout. I also had soccer practice a couple of times a week :)
This workout is so efficient and effective. It burns like crazy and goes by super fast because there isnt any useless information and you keep such a good and positive mood throughout the whole workout❤ thank you and will be doing this everyday for awhile until i can advance into larger workouts💕
This is the of the hardest 5 min workout videos I ve came across. The burn is real no matter how fit and trained the muscles are. I can't do squats due to knee issues and I m very happy this one doesn't require that. Awesome workout, keep it up

kristina petrenko I did this once a day along with my regular workout (some abs and running a mile or walking on incline) but I also had cellulite on my outer thighs so I did “sanne vander’s Kendall Jenner workout along with it.(also once a day) and the Kendall Jenner workout has no squats and all on the mat so it’s amazing:)
I'm going to do this for 2 weeks and see how it goes (: I do have muscular legs and wide hips, so I'm curious as to how this is going to go. Week 1: Day I. Finished. Day II. Finished. Day III. Finished. Day IV. Rest day. (: Day V. Finished. Day VI. Finished. Day VII. Finished. Week 2: Day VIII. Rest day. Day IX. Finished. Day X. Skipped. (I didn’t have time.) Day XI. Finished. Day XII. Finished. Day XIII. Finished. Day XIV. Finished. Results: I see small results! I'm pleasantly surprised, but my inner thighs slimmed down a bit. I'll keep doing this, and I'll give an update in a few weeks.

Wow! This is the only thigh workout I’ve done that doesn’t take at least 5 minutes to start feeling a burn. This one burns from the first second. Wasted no time, haha. Wish I’d found this sooner, love this workout!

They are so quick but tiring that it motivates me to combine several of these five minute workouts such as this inner thigh, hourglass abs, and ab + arm toning five minutes workouts per day!! I love this workout so much! I do the 5 min ab burn as well on some days. Thank you so much Bailey!! My thighs burn more from this 5 min workout than they do from other 20,25 min workouts.
I used to do like 20 minute thigh workouts but I actually think this one is more effective cause I feel way more burn! Also whenever I need to get through something like a workout or just like anything I always say it’s only five minutes of my life or it’s only a little amount compared to my whole life and that really motivates me!!!! This is also the first workout of Baileys that I have done and I love it!!! For workouts I recommend blogilates, Chloe ting, and of course Bailey!!

Cristina S today is my 10th day and I could definitely see a little improvement during the first week but of course inner thigh are really hard to activate and if you want to really see results you have to do it for more than a week :). Good luck !
I have tried quite a few of these classes, Bailey's always create the biggest burn and have a great range of exercises included in one routine. The instructions are nice and clear two. Bailey you are the best!

I really suggest the 10min inner thigh workout on the floor by Pamela Reif it really burns the inner thighs and it’s sooo effective
My updates:
Day 1 - Felt the burn.
Day 2 - Thighs felt a little sore, rest today.
Day 3 - I'm also doing a thinner waist one. Saw more progress with my waist. :)
Day 4 - My little stretch marks got lighter today!
Day 5 - Took a break.
Day 6 - Did it. :))
Day 7 - Lighter stretch marks.
Day 8 - Saw improvement. My inner thighs got slimmer and my waist was slimmer.
Day 9 - Took a break.
Day 10 - Measured my thighs. I was at 21½ inches for both thighs, but now I am at 20 inches.
Day 11 - Did them! :)
Became unmotivated, restarting!
Day 1 - I did it! I feel very motivated and not worthless. For the past few days, I have things on my to-do list. I always pushed the dates further and further away, so I felt useless and as if I'm doing nothing. Today I did some stuff like decorating the Christmas tree, cleaning my room, and practicing art. I'm honestly so proud of myself.
Day 2 - My waist and stomach area feels sore. I lost about half an inch to an inch on my waist. It's getting quite noticeable now.
Day 3 - Did them!
Day 4 - Feeling very productive. I finished a book series and I'm getting into hobbies. My marks are fading. :)
Day 5 - I really see a difference. My pants feel more comfortable and my waist looks beautiful.
Day 6 - Almost forgot to!
Day 7 - I'll measure myself tomorrow.
Day 8 - Took a break today.
Day 9 - Measured myself and lost 1/2 inches.
Day 10 - Did them, felt unmotivated though!
Day 11 - Took a break, felt unmotivated.
Day 12 - Did them. I was baking too so it was helpful. I would do the workouts in between the cooking time.
Day 13 - Started waking up earlier in the morning, this means I have to do my workouts twice a day. :)
Day 14 - My hip was hurting badly.
Day 15 - Again, my hip was hurting. I only did back workouts.
Day 16 - Did them!
Day 17 - Done!
Day 18 - Did them. :)
Day 19 - Christmas break.
Day 20 - Christmas break.
Day 21 - Did them.
Day 22 - Done! :))
Day 23 - Did them today! I cleaned my house, felt very clean and motivated.
Day 24 - Did some more cleaning. I also made cornbread! :D

- dont usually feel the burn / get sore after a workout, so it was fine, while doing the workouts i got sweaty and tired though...kinda hard, but do-able

- prolly again same as day 1, no noticeable differences but i think im imagining..? the results and thats whats motivating me haha
day 3 :
- only did the ten minute sami clarke video ( active rest day, i have been working out since almost the beginning of quarantine so yeah, i deserveee this¡ )
day 4 :
- so i decided to take out the lilly thigh workout, cuz...yeh idrk y but yk we move, the workout was a little but sore still but getting better
day 5 :
- i felt a lot more eager to workout and i pushed myself harder, just over 2 weeks left

Did this everyday for about a month and then once I stopped I quickly figured out how much this short workout actually impacted me- I can't fit my thighs into any pants and like- not in a good way. Getting back on this magic today!!!! Really works guys- even if you don't notice it weight wise plz measure your thighs if your a big girl cos I kept being so down about my efforts not working I hadn't even realized I was wearing a 12 comfortable which was a big deal starting from 16/18 now I'm back where I started once I stopped... definitely keeping track by measurement not pounds this time
Also this is my favorite workout video in existence because its completable for me and the accomplishment is so exciting it hypes me up for more- if I jump into even a 10 min workout i am dying lol from so out of shape these 5 min videos are LIFECHANGING and helped me drop sizes now gonna get back and get to my goal weight finally

@Morgan Hannafin I’ve never had a problem with my outer thighs, as they’ve always been quite muscular. So, I mainly saw a difference in my thigh gap area. I did this consistently for about a week and a half, along with her butt lifting workout, arm workout and lower stomach workout. I also had soccer practice a couple of times a week :)

OMG, OUCH! My inner thighs were on FIRE during this! Especially right where they connect to my lower stomach/hips I really felt the burn.
This is the of the hardest 5 min workout videos I ve came across. The burn is real no matter how fit and trained the muscles are. I can't do squats due to knee issues and I m very happy this one doesn't require that. Awesome workout, keep it up

kristina petrenko I did this once a day along with my regular workout (some abs and running a mile or walking on incline) but I also had cellulite on my outer thighs so I did “sanne vander’s Kendall Jenner workout along with it.(also once a day) and the Kendall Jenner workout has no squats and all on the mat so it’s amazing:)

They are so quick but tiring that it motivates me to combine several of these five minute workouts such as this inner thigh, hourglass abs, and ab + arm toning five minutes workouts per day!! I love this workout so much! I do the 5 min ab burn as well on some days. Thank you so much Bailey!! My thighs burn more from this 5 min workout than they do from other 20,25 min workouts.
I used to do like 20 minute thigh workouts but I actually think this one is more effective cause I feel way more burn! Also whenever I need to get through something like a workout or just like anything I always say it’s only five minutes of my life or it’s only a little amount compared to my whole life and that really motivates me!!!! This is also the first workout of Baileys that I have done and I love it!!! For workouts I recommend blogilates, Chloe ting, and of course Bailey!!

Day 4:done ✅ I skipped a day because I really couldn’t open my legs so I guess it’s really working ahah,it burns but if we want our summer body,we have to bare with it 😀 (I am also doing the butt lift workout)

Day 6:done ✅ I was a bit sore so tomorrow I think I will skip so my muscles can rest so see you on day 8 ;)

Cristina S today is my 10th day and I could definitely see a little improvement during the first week but of course inner thigh are really hard to activate and if you want to really see results you have to do it for more than a week :). Good luck !

I have tried quite a few of these classes, Bailey's always create the biggest burn and have a great range of exercises included in one routine. The instructions are nice and clear two. Bailey you are the best!
