I begin my journey of self improvement today and hope that it will continue for a month, 6 months or maybe a whole year. Due to some incidents in my life I was very depressed through the past year and wanted some peace and contentment. This is the very first video I saw and i am glad I did. Suggestion based on my personal experience would be to try if you can hold for 10 seconds in case of a beginner . Always be mindful and ensure that you don't make it uncomfortable for your mind/body. Stopping at 80 per cent of your capacity is what i followed.

I am 43 and have recently suffered some health scares along with years of struggling with mental health. I have been making positive changes with my diet and was searching for yoga. I'm 20 and I have the worst stamina that anyone can have. Never did yoga exercise or any kind of outdoor games also. But this is even taking a toll on my physical health as well as my studies and daily lifestyle. That's why I'm here and hoping to follow this tutorial for at least 2 weeks before moving on to next level. Leaving a comment so that I feel motivated to do it everyday. I'm not in shape, and this is challenging but not overwhelming and relaxing yet engaging! Most yoga videos I've seen are either way to advanced or completely boring. This is the best one I've found and I love the part 2 as well. It's day 2 for me doing it and I plan to make it a daily routine. ❤️

Ok, I have been having knee pain for some time, after trying few things, I turned to yoga. Although these Asans are basic ones, but surprisingly I am getting a whole lot of relief. I am pleasantly surprised, how some generic basic Yoga has started helping in my knee pain.

Thank you so much for explaining the asanas so well and guiding us step by step. I have tried so many other yoga videos and i have to say you are the best. I have even attended in person yoga sessions and all they do is move you through different poses without focusing on correct form. For a beginner like me and in fact for any yoga practice, learning the correct form and how to get into a particular pose is so important. You delivered exactly that. Thank you again.
