Once Cooled To Room Temp, Cover With Muslin Cloth, Leave To Ferment For 12/14 Hrs & Then Consume It As It Is With Little Home made Amla Or Turmeric Pickle ?? Placed For Advice Please !!
The most important thing why I liked this video is that it didn't had any fancy vessels or showy pots and pans and background decorations which puts one off in awe. It is so simple, with the everyday vessels shown.

Hi Mam, I have IBS issues with no full bowel evacuation+ diabetic.I also suffered 7 times of pancreatitis. Stomach pain continuous is also there.Can I suggest some good food which controls IBS.

Antacids are going to worse the situation or can give u just temporary relief refer UA-cam videos and see which foods are suitable and can relief acid reflux I had a similar problem however I'm not fully cured but yes I'm not taking any medicine. Be careful.

Chakulipitha is usually served with Ghuguni at Odisha. But Chakulupitha and Ghuguni msy not suit a. It causes bloating in Sone people. Alternately can serve with dalma ir sambar.
At 1:52 she said RAW bananas, and in the same sentence she said, she's taking the RAW bananas to cool...very MISLEADING!! These bananas are boiled, so how could they be RAW. Good recipes nonetheless. In your country we called the mashes bananas with herbs FUFU...yummy. We NEVER FRIED mashed bananas.

green grass juice as first drink in the morning and taking daily fermented rice healed me after 10yrs of this problem
