Hey i'm a begginner and this is my first day: skipped maybe 2 exercises and had a lot of breaks plus i really don't know how people can do push ups 🤯 I'll give an update tomorrow Day 2: less breaks than the first time, i did every exercise even if it wasn't completely perfect (my push ups was like half push up😂😂😂) It's still hard but i won't give up😔 Day 3: naaa it's still hard, i finished the workout but still can't say "perfectely" +i hope my hands have the ability to carry me one day 😭 Day 4 : it was easier but still hard, less breaks, i add some jumpings but not to every jumping exercise, my mood wasn't that good but i'm proud of the progress, i'll keep going and give u my achievements💪🏻 Day 5 : it's getting easier but still have more than 3 breaks and i aim to make it only one break🔥 Day 6 : only two breaks🎉🎉 I can't workout perfectely like she does or control my body as she does, i'm slower and do workouts without jumping but that's expected from a begginner!! I'll keep updating!!!🔥 Day 7 : done
Decided I'd do each exercise for 50 seconds instead of 60 because I knew my fitness level wasn't there yet. It was great! Made it through the video with no extra pauses. I'm going to try this for a couple of days and then start doing every other exercise for 60 sec until I can do the whole thing :)
This is the best hiit video I've seen in a while!! It got my heart beating fast in less than 2 miin :))) Love your workouts, they're so intense please post more!!
Former volleyball player here and let me tell you, this is actually intense! It definitely hit all the right places and my advice is to just pace yourself. I had started doing this workout 4-5 months ago and it definitely helped- I lost around 15lbs by staying consistent with my diet and exercise. But then holidays rolled around, and work and school have picked up, so now I've gained it all back. I'm just being transparent so y'all know that's ok: we're not failures, it just takes discipline 💗 2/19: ☑ 2/23: ☑ the process is slow but I'm already not near as winded once I'm done and I love how strong my back & arms feel!!
@@RuachelRuiz Yes and this and running have been my go-to workouts. I no longer play volleyball, but I still do these. I didn't follow any diet or do restrictive eating, but I do intermittent fasting - from 6pm to 9 am. I keep snacking to the afternoon only, but if I wanted something sweet, I ate it, but keep in mind I usually went outside to eat it so I wasn't right in front of more food :) It's about discipline, but please be kind to yourself. We should enjoy food but remember to approach it as fuel, not entertainment :) Cheering you on, friend!!

More intense 10 minute workout videos please. I love that we have a minute to do the work out. A lot more deeper burn. I also like that we only have 10 exercises for 10 minutes instead of some thing like 20 exercises. Thank you
another great one anna, i do one of your workouts every day after school and they really motivate me and as you say i don’t do it to get the perfect body, i do it for my own personal strength, happiness and health. i’m so proud of you and love your videos keep it up x💞
Alright so I'm gonna keep track of my progress here, coz this is the only way to keep me going consistently so here it is: Day 1: Was sweaty, burned lightly because I kept pausing for a few secs but was so good also I can't do full pushups so I did the half pushups I could do Day 2: Was sweaty but it's slightly chilly in my place so I didn't sweat as much, but it burned!! it also felt a bit shorter than yesterday for some reason. Also, instead of full or half pushups I did knee push-ups and yes I took a few pauses in between. Day 3: Done! Didn't go as hard as the first two days, coz I had just woken up tied up my hair and straight away started with no warm up, it wasn't sweaty but humid definitely and I took breaks a bit more than the other days Day 4: Took pretty less breaks between workouts but I kinda took a few in the last exercise alone. It was sweaty as always and burned Day 5: I did it as per my capacity so I didn't sweat as much, it burned in the beginning but almost stopped towards the last exercise but my arms defo burned even then Day 6: Done! Day 7: Missed one-day coz of exams lets consider it a rest day lol Day 8: Done! I can feel that my strength and capability has increased as I took only one break that was hardly for a few seconds KEEP GOING PEOPLE YA'LL CAN DO THIS!! 7/7/2024 Ya'll I'm back after quite a few months to restart so here we go: Day 1: Slight sweat and decent burn, given that I didn't warm up and haven't done a proper workout in quite a while other than extra-curricular classes, felt really good, still doing knee push-ups though, lol

Damn. I’m two months postpartum and I haven’t done a workout with this high of an intensity since I found out I was pregnant. I had to take breaks and it still kicked my ass. My goal is to make it through without any breaks. If it ever happens, I will reply to this comment 😂
Same here! 2 months postpartum, this is tough but we can do it :) I sometimes feel demotivated because I was so fit before the pregnancy and now.... so weak and out of breath after 2 min...

@@growingannanas Auch die "Stronger together" finde ich prima 👍🏼 Ich selbst bin Rheumatikerin, doch mache alles, was geht. Gerade die Workouts mit Hanteln finde ich toll! Ich modifiziere mir einfach manche deiner Workouts, doch meist versuche ich soviel wie möglich davon durchzuziehen 😄
