TYSM! My mom has been complaining abt my usual HIIT routine, because there's a lot of loud noises and jumping, and there were no complaints this time! Loved this workout, really gave me a GOOD sweat and burn in my legs! Love this, would def recommend if you want a quiet, but very effective HIIT workout! Edit: Im going to try to double this workout today, will update when im done! EDIT: THis is the next day, couldnt do it yestrday, it was getting late, but i did it today! Very proud of myself!! ^^

I have a pinched nerve in my neck and have had to give up weightlifting for a while. But, your low impact, no jumping workouts are exactly what I needed to still get my sweat on. I take longer breaks when needed and do the modified versions, but even then it's still a great workout! Thanks Anna!! 💖

Hello, I really love your routines, they are very intense and very good, but now I am 48 years old and I would appreciate it if you can do routines no squatting/no jumping. I have a bad knee and ankle. Many people have joint problems, and after doing a leg routine we are left with pain in the knees. We would love to see cardio-aerobics hiit routines on your channel constantly moving, they are very good and also work the whole body without causing injuries. I have genetic for exercise from young hoping uk marines and marathons and football high level…..I took break years come back led team to final and win trophy but also started training and smashed slamball circuit weights jumps jog sprint etc Today was rest I put sweat suit on used cobra ball 10 mins then 10 mins ez bar curl killer then Anna 20 min workout felt great but after years of no training and smoking etc I’d thought I’d take long time to perform well but I’m smashing them sore after but recovering well too. Exercise is great for mental health I like to train before work 5 am or if off work then say 8 am then cold shower that’s me set for the day

I had a knee injury recently and I spent two weeks off. I really missed doing your exercises Anna so today I started again with this video trying to be more careful with my knees. I was so afraid but not going to pressure and going to be patient with my body. Thanks God you have this kind of videos ❤️
I had lower back pains for 6 months because of some things I suspect. But today, after doing this workout for the first time, my back pain is no more. It feels like magic has happened to me. :)
My progress Trial : I just gave up halfway through Day 1: took three long breaks, struggled (modified some and went at a slower pace) but made it to the end.
Just recovered from covid and currently recovering from a leg injury and this 20 minutes workout basically took me 1 hour to finish but it was worth it haha! 💪xx
NO JOKE!!!!! sweatin and i had to replace alot of the exercises due to just not being able to do it and it was still sweaty and some awesome cardio!!! thank you

I’m usually doing the 30mins full body hiit with dumbbells and I’ve done few more of your hiits that were longer… and I manage without stopping… this one killed me and I regretted not taking the regular hiit instead of faster “low impact” one. I was constantly stopping and my breathing was heavy through the whole workout. Nice one 👏👏👏

This is an amazing workout... one of my favourites. Someone wrote that it's just all squats, but it doesn't sound like they actually did the full workout. The floor work with planks really works the obliques. Amazing 20min workout. Not for beginners.
