Hi Anna!! I'm an 11 year old female (using my mom's phone lol) and I've always felt fat, but you are helping me feel SO much better in my own skin!! I have a knee condition, I have dislocated a bone in my lega MANY times and it's painfull asf. It has happened 3 times in my left leg and 2 times in my right leg, I have felt depressed for a lot of time now but I never told my parents abt it. my knee condition doesn't help but I feel loved and supported when I watch ur videos, TYSM ❤❤❤. I have done this entire workout once but I showed my mom and some of the things u do here I shouldn't do cuz It's bad for my knees so when the excercises I cant do show up, I either take a break or do something else. I'm not giving up!! You've inspired me and so many others 🎉!! God bless you Anna, you're such an angel!! I would love to meet you someday but I know that's not gonna happen. I'm ok with watching ur videos for now ❤

I did this as a finisher for my leg day along with a 10 minute ab routine and safe to say, I almost died, but finishing the entire routine makes me feel so accomplished and good about myself, it makes up for all the pain
You are the most consistent trainer I have seen so far in yt , not gonna lie I am below standards of your exercise , I have to pause in middle to take rest but I hope i'll be able to match your pace.
When I wasnt sure where to start after having 2 kids, the postpartum recovery journey and re discovering one self afterward is always messy and filled with highs and lows. However truly your workout, and monthly workout plans and constant positivity and realistic goal setting advice has helped me for over a year and i feel so much stronger and more confident in my body.
