Hey Alex! Finally got around to doing this Workout! Did it last night at the Gym! along with one of your bodyweight Workouts - The Epic Workout Challenge! Absolutely loved it! =D - Ron
Loved this and loved the long set structure! Almost a "no repeat" feel to it even though it was repeated 3 times. Little cardio and core mixed in simultaneously. Loved the 60 seconds between sets. I maybe would love a little guided "optional" stretches during that 60 seconds. But I did my own it's okay! I also was sort of hoping for one of your surprise burnout rounds....would have been a nice icing on the cake hehehe Could have used maybe one more tricep move...but the pushups and chest still worked them! Might have a peek at your app....I don't join fitness apps but I really like your workouts 🥰
