Alex, since around august last year ive followed your workoutd weekly (minus when i fell off for a little while) cardio, chest, arm, shoulder, legs, messed around on your app etc and ive seen some muscular tone form on my body but it always felt like something was missing, today after i did your arm killer workout i randomly decided to do this one with the challenge at the end and let me tell you, i was dripping with sweat but by the end during the stretches i had the biggest grin on my face, i felt like i ruled the world! You are a saint offering these for free! Now my body feels like putty and i cant wait for the cramps tomorrow hahaha
Very good workout! I do all your one dumbell workouts and like those very much! Because with only one dumbell im able to work on all my muscle groups and actually feel it after the workout! Great workout and keep on doing more of those 1 dumbell workouts!❤💪🏻

My husband showed me your channel because I was looking for one dumbbell workouts and these made me really feel the burn even on the lowest weight. I ended up switching from 7.5lb back down to a 5lb because it was a bit too heavy. But definitely loving these workouts and the nice burn I get from them 😁

it is normal to have back muscle pain after 1 or 2 days after a workout, the same thing happened to me on my first day. if you have terrible back pain during or after workout, can try using lighter weight (mine was 2.5 kg only) or taking longer rest time. If the same thing is still happening then i strongly recommend seeking a professional to guide you rather than asking strangers on the internet, in case we give you the wrong advice.
If I perform a chest workout on Monday, what muscle group and exercises should I focus on the following day? Additionally, could you suggest a balanced daily workout schedule for the week?
There a variety of workout splits for example push, pull, legs. Or chest, back, shoulders, legs, arms. Why not follow my app plans so you don’t need to think about it and learn how to structure? ☺️👊
Think about pulling your shoulders and elbows back. And not just back, but also back and down so your elbows go towards your bum. Try to squeeze shoulder blades together as well.
It would be nice if u say how much weight u need a big weight or lighter weight also include some tips for the form u need in this exersises.(More tips)
Am follwing all your single dumbell workout..my question is what is the time gap for each exercise. can i try each exercise daily. or should i leave a two day gap

Yeah it takes some time to get the form right, just keep on doing them
if ur back hurt a lol afterwards thats good, it means ur building muscle

It depends,maybe your backed was hunched over and you were using more lower back.Form is so important. Soreness is ok,pain is no good.

I'd recommend lifting any weight that you can do without struggling until the last reps, normally 8kg would be kind of enough
