    Your workouts are my favorite - you explain things really well and provide alternatives. I especially appreciate it when you tell us to leave our ego at the door. So many other youtubers are obviously roided and use and perpetuate ridiculous weights...

    Thanks so much. Just finished this one at 945. My gym closed last year in Leeds because of Covid. Your sessions are the best workouts that I have done in my own time. Thanks so much. Loved doing this. Keep up the amazing content keep on inspiring

    I did this about three times in the past. For the lighter weights, I mostly used a vodka bottle and a tequila bottle

    I don't know how to appreciate you . As back pain is so common among bodybuilders it'll be great if you mention during workout which may worsen it. Thanks again

    I appreciate your videos. Your physique has been my goal for a while now and while I am lucky enough to have some gym equipment at home, the fact that gyms are closed due to COVID, I've been struggling to put on some mass

    thank you for this. I always struggle with lateral raises, whenever I go up it hurts my elbow and shoulder so I never done them again :(

      Maybe try practicing with no weights? Or really light weights? And think about lifting with the shoulders! 😄💪

    Hey Alex, can this be done along side the dumbbell push workout since that also works the shoulders? Would it be better to do it before or after the push workout? Just trying to capitalize on shoulder gains on push days 🙂
