    I really like your calm style. I'm not really a 'macho man' myself so it's actually more motivating to have a measured supportive person showing a workout rather than getting shouted at.

    This was my first workout with you. I had "arm day" on vacation, so went hunting on YT and found you. This was great! I was pleasantly surprised about the mind-muscle connection I could make wtih those plank rows and the bent over flys. Would never have thought that. And the variety of push-ups kept it interesting while really burning out the chest. Just a great overall workout, and really appreciated your cueing. I'll be back for more! Thank you!

    Special congrats for the back workout! Other fitness UA-camrs keep saying that you cannot effectively train your back without weights - but you proved them wrong once and for all!

    this workout helped me transform my body! In the past 6 months Ive used this among others but this was the most efficient upper body no equipment workout on youtube, leaving no part of the upper body! As someone who struggled to go to the gym this has now given me the confidence to take it to the next level! But the results from this alone were crazy! ofcurse good nutrition and daily steps of 15k to 20k were key as well! thanku lots alex! ure like my personal trainor haha

    I do generally prefer weights, but this was a great one during some recent travel when I couldn't get access to a gym. Much more emphasis on the back than I find other bodyweight programs offer. Will definitely come back to this routine!

    I tried this one for the first time a couple of weeks ago and laughed when you described the finisher. Managed maybe ONE push up and ~15 seconds of the Y to W. Today I got probably 12 push ups in and nearly all the Y to W 🎉 It's really cool to see the progress. Thanks Alex!

    It's the best home workout I've found for upper body so far without a doubt. Not only it feels the burn so bad inmediatly but also the sweats are unbelieveable. I've been looking for a really efective upper body workout that can help with building muscle and stregth. This has the whole package. I feel really "hulk" myself after doing it hahah jut kidding. I'm really really thankful Alex! keep going with these kind of routines!

    Ok so I just got done with this workout and it was brilliant!!!😃 EPIC! I did my leg with weights first then this.. no regrets!! I only had to put my pride aside at the last few seconds on the wide push-up in round 3! 💪🏼 had I know only 5 more sec I would have liked myself lol! Thank you for this workout!!! U ROCK! HUGS

    Thanks, another great workout. The time really goes fast, appreciate the encouragement and advice throughout. Weird how you discover weaknesses during these workouts. I now know I am hopeless at plank tricep push ups... something to work on.

    I always like your approach to working the body! I’m dealing with a shoulder impingement problem from swimming and just combined elements of this workout with my physical therapy and it’s great. Now I’m really motivated! Thanks brother!

    hey man, i absolutely love your work and always try your different videos to keep it challenging. i admire a body like you, lean and enduring. But you have too many videos and i feel lost sometimes. Could you make a playlist or something to guide me? I'd appreciate it so much.     Yes, it’s not for beginners, especially the last set. Tap shoulder and push up?! My arm just won’t listen to me anymore during that last set. But a good exercise definitely! I am in full sweat now!

    When I had a quick look I thought it was such a difficult and long workout. However, my mind changed because you have had a reasonable one. From warming up to hard work out and medium ones and finishing with stretching. Thank you Alex you made my day.
