I really enjoyed this one..and plus balance plus stretching..it felt good. I started this journey with you and other over 40 u tube instructors at the beginning of COVID and I've improved so much . stretching was painful years ago but now this all feels so good

My abs are fairly toned, so I felt this mainly in my quads and legs. Great routine and I felt great when it was over !

I loved this workout it was challenging I only have 5 lbs weights so it was hard but I did it the arm one was really hard there at the end 😅 I can never remember those words I go blank I'm like not what we're they 😅😂 love to have more of these thank you ! I'm in a boot right now so I can't do my walks for 2 weeks to see if it will heal but still doing the exercises, I tore a tendon back in January and it's not healing I may have to have surgery I hope not
