Loved the workouts; Petra is there any chance you could modify some of your dumbbell routines with resistance bands? I travel all the time and am challenged to work out, except in my hotel room. I travel with a mat and resistance bands only. HELP!

Not on this video but on a short test you do for living menopause belly fat, please leave the direction at the end on for a longer periods of time. I am not a speed rider so it is difficult to read.

Hello, Im a woman of 64 years old from Colombia with a belly of a 6 months pregnant woman jaja. I started yesterday your exercises but its very hard to follow them because you dont have a rest period between them. Couldnt you create one?

Man sieht trotzdem fit und trainiert aus. Darauf kommt es doch an. Eine Frage : Ihr Nachname Genco ist in der Türkei ein Name für Männer oder ein Nachname. Besteht da irgendeine Verbindung? Help, u have never had such a tummy, menopause just socks, I'm so so fed up with it, excercise 3 times a week and nothing works, I never over eat, I'm borderline to give up and except 62 is tge end of looking trim 😢

Ironically I used to not like that one either (first heard on another of Petra's videos) but over the past few months of 2023 to May 2024, it's actually grown on me and become one of my favorites to move to from her vids. I totally understand this 😌
