Been doing it for a week. 4 times. Looks so easy when you do it, but I'm happy when the 10 minutes are over 😅 But I feel I'm getting better and after this week I'm going to try an other exercise. Thank you! I worked in landscape construction for most of my life and was in fantastic shape. Unfortunately, an on the job injury ended that career, and at 57 I’m trying to regain some semblance of fitness. I dislike what my once-fit body has turned into. I’ve gained too many pounds and I feel like the jello queen. 😢 I was trying what was labeled a beginner workout a couple of weeks ago. The workout had me doing full pushups. As a result of that I injured a disc in my neck and now I’m recovering from that. I used to lift 70 lbs with no problem when I was in good shape. I am looking forward to doing your workouts. I think I’ve finally found something that makes sense. Thank you!
You and I are so similar. I’m 58… back when I was 44 I got hurt on the job and had to have 4 surgeries. One being a double neck fusion. Those Drs pretty much said I was done. I felt so defeated. And NOW I do need another neck fusion by my Dr said I can exercise all I want as long as it doesn’t trigger any more pain. Surgery is in 2 weeks. But I’m getting a jump start on my health and fitness. So after 4-6 weeks if a neck brace, I can get back to my life. I feel so good after doing these 10 min exercises. Plus I do arm ones and I have a treadmill as well that I use. 😊
I have a terrible menopause belly but been unable to w/o for the last couple due to a bad bout of covid which left me with a bad cough & terrible fatigue but I love the look of this & I'm hoping to start again soon xx
Petra, thank you. Thank you. I love this routine. It will be added to my list. I have been doing your exercises for 4 months. I strength train to your videos 3 days a week and do a mis of the others 4 days a week. I can see and feel a tremendous difference in myself. I'm loving the new ones.
