      If we take rules from both anime into consideration then Goku would win. He wouldn't need to transform. But if Goku isn't careful and dumb he might get into neck lock situation and pass out

    To do a handstand 1 arm push up you would need to to have the force to at least press double your bodyweight, meaning if you are a 164lbs man or 74kg you would have to stand press 340lbs or 148kg, many say its the impossible excercise but this man is close💪

      Shoulder press and handstand isn't correlated, because the torque ir Lever his body does, i think His shoulder press should be aprox 80 kg

      Because of gravity and the angle you have to single arm handstand on the force requirement is actually significantly higher than double because you put the shoulder at a horrible angle to exert force from

      I would not say it's impossible some people can lift 150 kg dumbbells without editing there dna then there is the fact you can edit your dna your body you just need to train hard and have good balance. so a obvious tip is to yeah get yourself strong enough to life 148kg dumbbells if you weigh 74kg and then there is the other fact that your arms do make up some of your weight so if you could lift twice your weight with one arm above your head the hardest thing for you when it comes to the one handed handstand pushup would be balance. I have seen someone go all the way down with the one handed handstand pushup but tey had a wall cause they lacked balance so they had the strength just not the balance.

    Eventhouht it required 6 fingers to do it. 5 fingers of one arm and 1 finger of another arm. But still it was done with a proper posture. Not sure if i can reach that skill i am 32 by the way.

      Why don't you try archer push ups? You'll eventually be able to do one arm push ups, that's my current objective. You could also search some progression to the handstand push up, though it might be quite challenging if you don't know how to do a handstand and don't have enough confidence...

    Wouldn't call that a push up, barely bent the elbow at all. That said it's probably not possible to do. Might as well try a one pinky headstand push up.

    The regular one armed push up horizontally is virtually a meaningless progression step though, and you know it.

    I would not say it's impossible some people can lift 150 kg dumbbells without editing there dna then there is the fact you can edit your dna your body you just need to train hard and have good balance. so a obvious tip is to yeah get yourself strong enough to lift 148kg dumbbells if you weigh 74kg and then there is the other fact that your arm does make up some of your weight so if you could lift twice your weight with one arm above your head the hardest thing for you when it comes to the one handed handstand pushup would be balance.i have seen someone go all the way down with the one handed handstand pushup but they had a wall cause they lacked balance.

    Nose to the floor or it doesn't count. This is impressive, but you wouldn't count a persons pushups if they only went up an down an inch or 2

      @@robipindric7654 i think full range of motion would be possible if someone is short, has very thin legs and insanely strong push muscles, plus invests the time to get the handstand balance. Someone like bboy pocket would have a good chance of pulling it off if he practiced only that for a while. He does 4 one handed airflares in a row.
