Just did it first you should start by doing it on something like a chair or sum it's easier do it for long and then you'll be able to do the easiest one on the floor
Day 1: Can't do any of these Elbow Lever: Can't balance my legs on elbows they always stay down. Russian Pushups: Only able to do these to some extent but when it's time to go back original push up position after moving body back I still encounter problems but I do manage it. L-sit: Again just like EL, legs stay down but on chair, it is possible Pistol Squat: I'm only able to get my body down a little bit on one leg, not fully like him. (Though I do manage to do 50 sit ups with no problem). Leg upside down(I forgot it's name): I'm only able to go about 60-65 deg. with my legs. If I go higher than that angle, I fall sideways(I didn't know this, I almost hit my leg) now I'll do it safely.

@@bananaboy1013 nope.. think I'm just deformed. 🥺
@@dnegel9546 I just saw a video it said you do it to your midsection but like as close as possible they don't mean literally in the midsection
@@dnegel9546 check out simonster strength elbow lever tutorial
Just did it first you should start by doing it on something like a chair or sum it's easier do it for long and then you'll be able to do the easiest one on the floor
Day 1: Can't do any of these
Elbow Lever: Can't balance my legs on elbows they always stay down.
Russian Pushups: Only able to do these to some extent but when it's time to go back original push up position after moving body back I still encounter problems but I do manage it.
L-sit: Again just like EL, legs stay down but on chair, it is possible
Pistol Squat: I'm only able to get my body down a little bit on one leg, not fully like him. (Though I do manage to do 50 sit ups with no problem).
Leg upside down(I forgot it's name): I'm only able to go about 60-65 deg. with my legs. If I go higher than that angle, I fall sideways(I didn't know this, I almost hit my leg) now I'll do it safely.
been thinking ab starting, thank you imma start doing these throughout everyday
Don't do them everyday
@@_kenzei._ yeah i've learned watching some other videos to spread it out at first so imma do like every other day or so
@@marcus999 you can train from 2 days a week till 6 days a week, btw i do 3 Wednesday/Friday and Sunday
Not easy bro
No not easy
Elbow liver and l sit is easy
I’ve been struggling with hand stand for years. Implemented your sprint stance technique and I held it for the first time. In my shock I dropped but now I have a goal. Thank you very much my good man 🫡
Well done Kai! Very happy I could help :)
hi nobody will probably see this but its sad but i am not strong enough to do these yet any advice
Start with wall push ups then work your way down to a regular push up. If you can't yet then try push ups on your knees
The handstand is not easy, absolutely. I had many friends who couldn't make it after months and months. Finally, the pistol squat is of medium level
1 month should do it with the right exercise, but it also depends on how well you are build, a fat ass won't learn it obviously.
i learn handstand for 2days only, i can maintain it for 20sec
@@ronanrubio3690 sure but you are god
Thanks! When I was doing the frog pose as a starter, I noticed that the weight was in my elbows, but I thought it was wrong and that it was supposed to in my arms more, but you probably only risk straining yourself by doing that
bro this is simple and nice. GJ and continue helping us dude!
That’s literally not for beginners LOL
yeah lol😂
I learned the elbow lever in like 4 days, its easy asf if your not lazy.
Noone cqn do nothing if ur weak as hell
