Russian Pushups: Only able to do these to some extent but when it's time to go back original push up position after moving body back I still encounter problems but I do manage it. L-sit: Again just like EL, legs stay down but on chair, it is possible Pistol Squat: I'm only able to get my body down a little bit on one leg, not fully like him. (Though I do manage to do 50 sit ups with no problem). Leg upside down(I forgot it's name): I'm only able to go about 60-65 deg. with my legs. If I go higher than that angle, I fall sideways(I didn't know this, I almost hit my leg) now I'll do it safely.

Just did it first you should start by doing it on something like a chair or sum it's easier do it for long and then you'll be able to do the easiest one on the floor
For the variation of on the ground or chair you are gripping the chair and that adds more stabilisation the centre of gravity is mixed when your hands are flat on the floor
This was a great way to introduce some of these. I've been meaning to be able to hold a handstand for some time and this video helped me hold it for 15 seconds. Thank you man!
@@henryp3047 i would suggest if ur couch has a part on the side where u keep ur hand start doing there until u master it then u will be able to do it on the floor in no time.... I speak from experience i started on the couch and in one week i was able to do it
4:43 holding L stand on floor is harder because floor is hard surface so our whole palm can't make a proper grip on it. While on chair it can make a grip. Use that stands which are used for pushup even they will help.
Subbed. This was straight to the point, and as far as I can tell all the necessary info. Really admirable. Perfect form, and in this case I mean the video. Thank you.
Thanks! When I was doing the frog pose as a starter, I noticed that the weight was in my elbows, but I thought it was wrong and that it was supposed to in my arms more, but you probably only risk straining yourself by doing that
I do it easily on a pump device but on the ground doing the plank thanks to your video I did it all at once thank you man.. now I'm in A.T.R mode I'm getting there with my arms bent... but tense and staying in balance tires me a lot.. despite my agility and balance but thank you I will stick to your video thank you.. cordially
L-sit on the floor is generally harder because it either requires more depression or compression depending on how u hold it
Hahaha yesss, you're right!! 😁😁

@@Rob46373 i think it just feels harder cuz I have to lift the legs at a certain range of motion but overtime it is definitely easier

giorgi mchedlidze it makes it easier
hi nobody will probably see this but its sad but i am not strong enough to do these yet any advice
Start with wall push ups then work your way down to a regular push up. If you can't yet then try push ups on your knees
These exercises are not at all for the beginners!!!
They actually are
This was a great way to introduce some of these. I've been meaning to be able to hold a handstand for some time and this video helped me hold it for 15 seconds. Thank you man!
Love to hear that man! Well done 💪🏼💪🏼 Glad I could help
1. 0:28 ❎Elbow lever
2. 1:29 ✅Russian pushups (still can't do it properly)
3. 2:07 ❎Handstand
4. 4:00 ❎L Sit
5. 4:50 ❎Pistlol Squat
That’s literally not for beginners LOL
yeah lol😂
I learned the elbow lever in like 4 days, its easy asf if your not lazy.
Noone cqn do nothing if ur weak as hell

The handstand is not easy, absolutely. I had many friends who couldn't make it after months and months. Finally, the pistol squat is of medium level
1 month should do it with the right exercise, but it also depends on how well you are build, a fat ass won't learn it obviously.
i learn handstand for 2days only, i can maintain it for 20sec
@@ronanrubio3690 sure but you are god
I cnt even reach my hips with my elbows ....
Me to and idk what to do
Same
@@henryp3047 i would suggest if ur couch has a part on the side where u keep ur hand start doing there until u master it then u will be able to do it on the floor in no time.... I speak from experience i started on the couch and in one week i was able to do it
much thnx for the bonus handstand tip bro
You're welcome bro!
4:43 holding L stand on floor is harder because floor is hard surface so our whole palm can't make a proper grip on it. While on chair it can make a grip. Use that stands which are used for pushup even they will help.
THE EXPLANATION WAS SO HELPFUL I LEARNT THE FIRST MOVR IN 5 MINS. THANK UUUUU
You're welcome! 😁
bro this is simple and nice. GJ and continue helping us dude!
Subbed. This was straight to the point, and as far as I can tell all the necessary info. Really admirable. Perfect form, and in this case I mean the video. Thank you.
Thank you Mike!
Thanks! When I was doing the frog pose as a starter, I noticed that the weight was in my elbows, but I thought it was wrong and that it was supposed to in my arms more, but you probably only risk straining yourself by doing that
Extremely helpful, thx
You're welcome!
I do it easily on a pump device but on the ground doing the plank thanks to your video I did it all at once thank you man.. now I'm in A.T.R mode I'm getting there with my arms bent... but tense and staying in balance tires me a lot.. despite my agility and balance but thank you I will stick to your video thank you.. cordially
Well done! 😁💪🏼 Really glad the video helped you!!
