i got my first 90 degree hold it was the hardest skill i learned so far its not perfect its like 2.5 seconds obviously at that hold time its not perfect form but its gonna be fixed in a couple of days im here for the long game hopefully i will be able to get planche 90 degree push up front lever by the time i close 3 years of training so far i have some pretty good stats for someyone who trained for 7 mounths 12 pull ups 24 dips 8 back to wall handstand push ups 15 second L sit 10 second tuck planche pretty good overall stats
@@beastgamerz6440 phuedo planche push ups and leans and once you improve a bit on those ( you might even unlock tuck planche in the prosses) start bent arm push up position lean as much as you can and when you cant go further anymore just do a little jump pushing your legs to the desired position holding the 90 degree hold for just half a second and do that for reps your body will adapt pretty fast
The more - the easier it will be. I prefer switching to the new progression, when I can do at least 2-3 reps of it. Makes it less intense and I can do more volume.
I can do straddle planche with straight arms but also not a 90 degree push up. I am good at handstand push ups aswel. I think we have to practice especially on the bend arm strength
This video is very helpful I got 2 reps of 90°pushups in 45 days
best tutorial Ive found

How many reps of half lay 90* hspu before moving into Straddle 90*? And how many straddle 90* Hspu before trying the full?
