I dont understand what you mean.. theres no technique to increase pull ups.. its not a skill like back lever or muscle up. Only way you increase pull ups is by doing them. Even ones who can bench 100kg can do 10 pull ups bc they wont usually do it. And my friends who is like 60 kg lean muscular he can even do single arm pull up. I guess shortcut would be losing weight or adding extra weight.
i cant bring my legs back thru my hands i have to pass one leg then pass the other leg. is there any stretch for this ? i can do the back lever but i spend so much time to bring my feet back

Try to not focus too much on bands, it is good but not for the long term. You gotta get used to not using the band all the time. Although bands are a good way to progress.

Honestly, I could only do 3 pull ups then I lost like 30 pds n now I can do like 14 w o too much practice
