    I truly believe in “ No Rice” diet. Rice is definitely high in carbs. I’ve notice the changes to my body 10 years back then when I started eating less rice and I loved it. It’s not easy from the start but once you are strongly motivated, nothing is impossible. I’m not eating rice for 6 years and two months now, and also I control my sugar and salt intake, moreover unhealthy fats and it’s worth it. Especially yong mga side fats and belly fat unti unting nawala pag no rice.

      @@zionwilliamson386 anything low carb foods can be substituted . Moreover, meron yong brown rice( much healthier ), tapos oatmeal.. ( do some research ) yong no rice diet suppose it’s more about self-discipline.

    Ang gusto ko dito sobrang realistic. Yung iba kasing mga fitness youtubers parang walang room for a mistake. Naka relate ako (at sigurado madaming iba din) dun sa part na di ka nakapag work out dahil pagod. Keep it up bro. I'm not there yet but Im still trying. Thank you sa motivaton!

    I like how he does the whole project. He's a no-bullshit guy and gets straight to the point. Doesn't waste your time. He's relaxed and not over-hyping everything. He feels like your brother who just chills and teaches you shit you should know. The BGM is also very nice and I highly appreciate the lack of sound effects because listening to him is easy on the ears. 10/10 would always watch again.

    I haven't eaten rice last year for almost 7 months. (no cheating)
    From 68kg down to 50kg. No exercise po kasi tamad ako at walang time.
    I felt good that time. Sa una lang mahirap.
    I've done KETO Diet By the way, that's why carbs and sugar tinanggal ko.

    I don't eat carbs and I only eat once a day in about 4 years now. What I've noticed is that hindi ako nagkasakit 4 years na, hindi nagka sipon oh kahit ano, hindi ako nag tatake ng kahit anong supplements or vitamins. I'm 37 years old now and very healthy.

      Thank God i found your comment sir. A bit worried kc kung kulang yung carb in take ko, been working out for almost 4 weeks now and ang hirap wlang rice, nkaka bawas energy talaga. Tanong kulang, is it safe po ba? U mentioned hindi ka ngkakasakit sa mga normal lng like sipon, legit po ba? I mean, i am not taking rice at all since nag start ako mag workout and exercise and its so draining. Binabawi ko nlng sa saging sabàand camote. Sana mapansin nyo po, thanks a lot.

    Ttry ko po ito kasi 3 weeks na akong nag ddiet and exercise. From 88 to 82 ako now. May baguio kami next 3 weeks kaya goal ko mag 70+

    Hey Jacob! Thank you very much for this video it was very helpful. I have been working out for the last 7 years but I have not been consistent with a healthy diet and I would always find a reason to justify my unhealthy eating. As I get older and my metabolism begins to slow down, I need to begin to lose that extra belly fat and losing this slab of fat in the midsection has been a struggle.     Back in July 2017, I started my weight loss journey through and through then I decided to avoid rice for 5 months. During my first month, I still had rice (1/2 to 1 cup) to compensate for the energy that I needed for my Insanity workout. Then 2 weeks later, I completely avoided rice and started counting my calories to the point where it was very unhealthy already. My daily calorie intake would not go beyond 1,500, even with the workout. It was total hell for a month and since I stopped working out already I lost approximately 20 kgs. From 105 kgs down to 85 kgs. From then on, I had no rice until January 2018. Gladly, I maintained that weight for 4 years now. Sometimes I'd go overboard and my weight would increase but eventually I'd just lose it. The one thing that I'm really struggling with is how I can lose further since I badly wanna get my weight down to the 65 ot 70 mark but to no avail.

    Keto Diet is the best way of eliminating fats , plus regular work out.. and when you reached your desire figure, there’s no such thing naman if you eat carb again. as long as binu burn mo naman sya by doing daily work out ayus lng yan ..

    You can eat rice. (Brown rice) 1-2 cups per day just monitor ur macro.

    1month na ko nag caloric deficit then 6 days a week ang workout pero di parin lumiliit tiyan ko. Nag cacaloric deficit po kasi ako kaso yung dapat na dami ng protein di ko na mmeet kasi walang whey protein

    Actually I cut down rice already for almost 2 months already and currently doing compound work outs din since I'm trying to cut down all that weight I started around 93 kls and as of the moment down at 82 kls already. Basically, carbs talaga ang nagpapataba sa atin hahaha I still eat but I just cut down all that rice from the system and I'm seeing good results so far.

    bawasan ung sodium pero nag lalagay ng knor liquid seasoning 😥 good tips tho but it works for an already fit abs person. most people especialy the one starting out will hit a plateau at some point.

    I tried this no rice. Before trying this checked my weight. I just ate lean meat,tuna and the shiratake noodles and some veggies also wrote down how many calories i need for the day. I jusst stayed within range. Continue doing cardio and resistance training.When i weighed in after a week i lost 4 kilos. 😃😄 ill continue this moving forward. (Although i ate popeyes after i weighed in as a cheat meal hahahha ) . But it works thanks much
