I did this workout 2 days back. I clicked into the link only to realise in 2 minutes into the session that this one is a burner. Kept on with it and so much happier I did it again. Thank you Lindz and Rach for yet another awesome workout. Love the longer pep talks before the push ups 😅
What a great heart pumping upper body workout! Feeling so encouraged by the strength gains I’m seeing. I was able to do most of my push-ups from my toes, which is so exciting! Thanks for your constant encouragement to pick up heavy weights and push yourself!❤❤❤

Holy cow! Think this wourkshout should be renamed the SHOULDER HIIT workout. Thanks for always reminding us that it's only 30 seconds and we can do anythhing for that time, as everytime I went to grab the lighter weights, you would remind us of this & it inspired me to grab the 20 & 25 pounds. Outside of the lat raises, stuck with them. Thanks for the motivation & always reminding us that "we've got this!"

This is in my regular rotation now. When I started I couldn’t make it to the end with 15lb dumbbells and now I just made it through the whole thing with the 15’s! Thanks for making me strong enough to carry a kid on each hip!
Killer workout! I'm just getting back into working out after Covid. So this was tough. I teach Pilates and Barre, just got back into those this past week. Now I'm ready for heavier weights again! Thank you!!!
I also turned my ankle doing the ladder. Took the weights out the second time😅 this was super challenging for me but I'm excited to come back to it in a month and see how much more I can do
wow don't know how the first one was but this one was definitely tough, kept telling myself I could do it, and you also just motivated me. like Rachel I started my Fitbit after the warmup, and almost forgot, hate it when I forget... great workout🙌💪💯✔

hey loved this workout. I couldn't do mountain climbers because my hips hurt so much when I did them so I rewidened and did the marches but any advice for my hip pain. It's like hip flexors.
