wow that diagonal stretch was sooooooo good! and the new move, plank to bear crawl with one dumbbell transfer was so effective! Deceivingly difficult! LOVEEEE
I loved the mobility! The cross stretch incredible. That is something I plan to do daily!! Thanks for some challenging moves but time to stretch as well! We can’t go intense every day like you said! Glad to have it built in

Twisted my ankle yesterday but was excited to still be able to move my body with this one today. Definitely had to use some of the modifications so thankful for these workouts!
Loved this AB workout! The modified flutter kick was challenging and new for me, I held a weight while I did it. Love it and all the single sided core moves! ❤
Excellent Workout! Love the back to basics moves. Love that the isometric hold was sandwiched between moves. I’m dripping sweat. Thanks for the strength.
You throw in chops, or crossing the plane standing, and I’m there! Very much needed... anyone else particularly in their forearms?! I don't get it but I am still game for the final 2 days!
