    wow that diagonal stretch was sooooooo good! and the new move, plank to bear crawl with one dumbbell transfer was so effective! Deceivingly difficult! LOVEEEE

    I loved the mobility! The cross stretch incredible. That is something I plan to do daily!! Thanks for some challenging moves but time to stretch as well! We can’t go intense every day like you said! Glad to have it built in

    So sore from the last few days was happy that this was an “easier” 😂 workout. Also just got my pull up bar and there’s soreness in muscles I didn’t even know I had 😂 Thanks for always pushing us to be stronger!

    Loved this AB workout! The modified flutter kick was challenging and new for me, I held a weight while I did it. Love it and all the single sided core moves! ❤
