Wow! I have been following your stuff now for about a month and this one I’ll did them all! Didn’t think I could keep up with it, behind on my cardio runs so this was a hell of a challenge! I did it!
The 4 repeat cycles at the end were sooooo tough- my heart rate was through the roof & thought I might pass out (but knew I wouldn't)! Feel AMAZING afterward though. I wouldn't challenge myself without you ladies- thank you!!!!
Dumbbell Squat Set Down + Plank Walk Out + 2 Knee Drives was prob my favorite, but great workout and that AMRAP sent my heartrate soaring! You asked about our why... I started working at a hospital and now see many people every day laying in a hospital bed, unable to do anything... we never know what life will throw our way... I feel blessed to be able to do these workouts. Thanks for all you do, ladies! 248
Holy stinking bananas! And I mean definitely 5 bananas. This was a tough workout but that AMRAP finisher almost took me out- but didn’t-although I was way slower than Lindsey and only got 3 rounds done. Just loving this HIIT program! Hope to see another. ❤
I’m 22 and Lindsey/Rachel absolutely kick my butt every time!! Haven’t found a better or more encouraging at-home workout for women. This workout was KILLER, I’ve never been so sweaty!!
Lindsay first work out I got a really good sweat! Love it! I was thinking I need heavier weights but after this workout with weights I’m not so sure! You are the best!

“You have to do what gets results, not always what you like” (you said in this video about doing moves that are not your favorites). Yes! I would never to a lunge if it were not for you! So many moves I sometimes think I should just skip or fast forward through, but I usually push myself to do them because you are right! This workout was bananas and made me feel accomplished this morning before anyone else in my house was even awake! Thank you!
I have to do low impact b/c of old and chronic injuries( Thank you Rachel) but have learned to love the intensity of the workouts at NML. Im doing things that I never thought possible. This one was awesome!! Thanks Lindsay ❤NML.

My husband does that all the time and sometimes it drives me bananas :) I have a million things going through my head all the time and somedays I just can't figure out what is for dinner at 8 in the morning!! Working out all the way from the countryside here in New Zealand. New Years Day and just finished Day 5 of this HIITStrong programme. We've always been active, walking, hiking, mountain biking and farming but these workouts have been a game-changer for me. 4 weeks of doing your workouts 5x days a week and I already feel stronger. I am "fit" but this year after hitting 40 I noticed I wasn't as strong anymore, balance wasn't as flash and I was getting tired faster after doing lifting jobs. On my way to being fitter than ever! After I finish this HIITStrong programme I'm going to switch to following your Sunday email plans. Thanks so much for the epic effort you obviously put into your work...for US! Sarah

I finished the HIIT Strong program the first time and then decided I needed to try it all again - so this is my second time through, and honestly this is your best program yet! I was feeling bad because I only made it through 2 full rounds of the AMRAP, and then I remembered that the first time I did it I only made it through 1 and a half (progress not perfection!) Thanks so much Lindsay and Rachel!
