Today was one of those days I did not want to work out but I forced myself and I’m so glad I did that workout was fire!! My legs are on fire, my arms are on 🔥 can’t wait for tomorrows workout!

I repeated this EMOM today after following a few of the programs you lined up for us, and wow, what a difference. I did it with heavier weights, and actually kept up with your pace, even finished adding those extras reps you did on the lower last round (which I used to not be able to do)! Def have become stronger than I realized!
I found your channel a few weeks ago and I’m hooked! Your workouts are unique and incredibly challenging. I need complex movements and variety to keep it fun and “spicy” as you say. This EMOM was a 9 on the 🍌 scale for me. Thank you for helping me fall in love with working out again and for inspiring me to challenge my body and spirit more than I thought I could.

Loved this! so glad the legs were at the beginning. Loved that i could barely walk it out at the third set and then was able to hammer out 3 sets of arms while i recovered!
I was afraid to do this workout but I did it and omg it was awesome! I want more EMOM 😂 I give all the credit to NML bc there's no way I could have done it without your daily workouts and encouragement. Thanks a bunch ❤

Have to save this on my playlist. I'm currently doing your Split35 and on my 2nd day of the week 2 of the Split 35 program. You are awesome. I finished the Split35 last May 16 and was able to start the 14day May Challenge starting on the 10mins ABS&BUTT/GLUTES. I'm on the 12th day of the challenge now with this FULL BODY (EMOM) that term "holy 10 bananas x5" is not enough. Im so drenched with sweat and my soul left me 😅😁 I'll be doing the repeat to make it a 4week/28day May-June challenge. Love the challenge! Thank you NML

I gotta tell y’all that when I started following your workout plans back in November, I was using 10s and sometimes 15s but I was reaching for 20s today! Thank you for making fun and effective workouts for us. I really enjoy getting the new plan each Sunday and seeing what work we get to do the coming week.
