    love that you give us breaks to change positions or switch to a heavier/lighter set of dumbbells, and that you actually demonstrate and explain the next move before jumping right in! you have the best upper body and core workouts on the internet!

    This is my favourite background of yours!!! I love the airy brightness and plants. lol I know. Random comment but when you do workouts from home every day it matters! Thanks for your amazing content. Can’t wait to do this workout tomorrow. Hard to believe we are in the final week of the 8 week challenge. What will I do after?! 😭

    I really ADORE your standing workouts! Love when they focus on either upper body, lower body, or total body strength training. I don’t mind floor exercises, but I have to be in the mood for them. Either all floor or all standing - for me, nothing is worse than doing a mix of standing then floor then back up to standing, etc. It makes me really dizzy and then unmotivated to continue. Like, just pick a vibe and stick with it please! Haha… Am I the only one? Anyway, love your videos! You are such a calming personality. I truly appreciate that you don’t act overly hyped or like some over-the-top personality. Thank you :)

      I feel the same way with the standing and floor combos. It makes me feel dizzy sometimes, or like I have to rush to change positions 😅

    As a 55 beginner I just made it through that last move. Felt the burn. I will try and it every day and see if I improve. I enjoyed it.

    I love these all-standing shorter workouts. I can usually trick myself into doing 2 or 3 of them since they are so short. 10.22.24
