I really ADORE your standing workouts! Love when they focus on either upper body, lower body, or total body strength training. I don’t mind floor exercises, but I have to be in the mood for them. Either all floor or all standing - for me, nothing is worse than doing a mix of standing then floor then back up to standing, etc. It makes me really dizzy and then unmotivated to continue. Like, just pick a vibe and stick with it please! Haha… Am I the only one? Anyway, love your videos! You are such a calming personality. I truly appreciate that you don’t act overly hyped or like some over-the-top personality. Thank you :)

I feel the same way with the standing and floor combos. It makes me feel dizzy sometimes, or like I have to rush to change positions 😅
