For anyone looking to make this workout more difficult, just add a hungry, determined 2 year old who woke up before 6am. Bonus points if the toddler tries to sit on your head. It's a great workout in its own though! Thank you Lindsey and the NML team for all y'all do!

I love your videos! I started with the simple DR video and did it everyday until I fell off. I've been struggling with finding the motivation to get back to working out. Went to the gym for the first time today in 6mos with the tiniest bit of motivation I had to learn they're under construction. I came home defeated and started to think of what I could do and came across your hiit strong workouts. This workout KILLED me but it was perfect, and just what I need to keep me going. Excited to get back in shape, feeling mentally and physically stronger (also planning to do the DR exercises daily since I never truly fixed it before). Thank you so much for taking the time to do these videos!

Just started my second round of HIITStrong, day 1 in the books. I have never enjoyed exercise this much, even when I was younger training for team sports. This is truly unprecedented! It’s helping me back after two major surgeries, one resulting in menopause. It’s been a tough road but your program is helping me back to my previous form. I appreciate the quality and the effort you all put in really shines through. It’s such a gift. Thank you again!

Today is my first day (again🤪 ... I've had a lot of first days) getting back into working out. I've gained a lot of weight the last few years... and felt discouraged. BUT I'm here. Trying not to get ahead of myself but keep the mindset of just focusing on each day not tomorrow. Not yesterday. But today. Today, I worked out. It was hard I'm not strong like i used to be and with the added weight it's hard. But i did it. I showed up for myself even if I wasnt able to keep up or do some of the moves, I still carried through. I love these home workouts!

The “aren’t you lucky” before the second round of towel slams seriously makes me laugh out loud every time 😂 I have been cycling through split strong and hiit strong since I was freshly postpartum with my now 19-month-old! Started with 2.5 & 5 lbs and today I did it with 15s & 20s. So thankful for these programs! 🥹
Doing this 2 week after the last 25 min two week challenge and wow this was hard but I loved it. Excited to do these two week with 10lb instead of 8lb and a 15lb for all the one isometric moves. I will do 4 days a week because that seems to work best for my body- excited!

This is a great level up change. Did push-ups from my toes most of the way through, then went down to knees. Lyndsey and Rachael, I am dripping sweat on my workout mat! Burnout at the end challenging, holy bananas! Pushing 60 years old with the body of a 30 year old, better then when I was 30, LOL!
Loved it! Can share your pro opinion on what to do for back row and standing chest fly: I can lift quite a bit heavier for the row than I can the standing fly. (Ex: 20# was easy for the row but too heavy for the fly--where 15s would've been better.) Thanks for all you do!

I loved the workout
I loved Split Strong and I already love HIIT Strong. I always love when Rachel shows up to workout with me...it was really weird to see you in a NEW workout when I saw you the other day in a NEW workout with your 'bump' 😀. I'm ready for day 2! thank you. just what i needed to give my lower body a break. I did add triceps at the end instead of another pull;) loved this little nuances in the stretches with this workout! all the best in baby number three! special times...

Loved it! Can share your pro opinion on what to do for back row and standing chest fly: I can lift quite a bit heavier for the row than I can the standing fly. (Ex: 20# was easy for the row but too heavy for the fly--where 15s would've been better.) Thanks for all you do!
This is very normal! As you are working different back muscles in the rack row compared to the standing chest fly! Thank you for sweating with us!
