I am so proud of myself! I am 8 months postpartum and due to some healing complications only started intense workouts again a little over a month ago. I am already using heavier dumbbells than I did before pregnancy and I killed this workout! Upper body has always been a challenge for me but since I started working out with you over two years ago I have come to love upper body days! Thanks, Lindsey and NML team!

Circuit 3 was my fav but overall I loved this workout and how the Tabata cardio was actually a fun segment to spice it up, but not overwhelming to the point I couldn't keep proper form 💖

My hamstrings are so sore from yesterday 😅 this felt great! If anyone is like me and doing this on carpet, a large Tupperware lid helps me to slide my dumbbells 🤷♀️

I always thought weights shouldn’t be used every day, and yet you seem to. I usually alternate a weight day with an aerobic day. I’m confused.
I like to split train muscle groups! So I tend to schedule a leg day, an upper body day, a full body day, etc. And I work to alternate the days so you are giving different muscle groups a break on the weight training. That's my preference, but you should make these plans work for you! So if that means adding in more bodyweight workouts, cardio, etc. go for it!
