That was a good arm pump,took it easy on the shoulder part, tendonitis,but felt good,used 15 lbs,all the way through,I am good and sweaty,gonna be 65 in Feb,ty
I just found this one after a 'standing' workout with lots of sideways leg movements that I have a very hard time following. My coordination and motor is quite poor, probably due to comorbid dyspraxia, which is why I seek out standing weight videos only. That way I can see on the screen what the instructor is doing. You also give very clear instructions and frequent reminders to maintain form, which I find essential, and you motivate to challenge.
Only had 20 min so did this instead of Metcon for the day. I'm feeling it...but your reminder that change doesn't come without putting in the work motivates me.
Love this WO ! Had to go to floor for chest due to scoliosis lumbar spine, but I find your WOs are easily modified:) Thanks for your ENTHUSIASM - always gets me pumped❣️
