- You don’t need a jump board to add some fun, cardio intervals to your workout. This workout includes intervals of cardio jumping on the foot bar! We will start with an ab warm-up, do a bridging/footwork series, a fun mid-back series, and jumps in a variety of position! This is a full-body cardio and strength class. There is also a 60-minute version ( • Video ) of this workout.

April, you didn't have a foam roller on the reformer or mat class in a very long time..
I can add a reformer foam roller class to the list. I have not gotten a request for things a long time. I did just put up a mat foam roller class It’s mat #57.
