Also...I just bought the rotational disc to work out with a few of your routines. Can you please consider adding some more exercises with the disc to your future routines. I have a similar studio balance body reformer with trapeze bar setup and traditional foot...really wish I got the infinity bar instead but I’m still grateful for what I have. I also have a split leg Exo chair which I don’t use much and wish you had more chair videos too....Thank you so much for all you do!!

The machine I currently have is super basic, (no platform, cords instead of springs, no footbar, etc) so I have to figure out modifications for certain things. Would love if you were able to touch on those sorts of adjustments from time to time. ;)

Thank you! For sure the roll up is one of the most challenging exercises! I think this is a great article that explains what muscles you use for the roll up. www.bodyharmonics.com/why-cant-i-do-a-pilates-rollup/. I thought it was very insightful. Let me know if this helps. For my clients who struggle with the roll up I focus a lot on the roll down part to strengthen the abs and hip flexors and then for the roll up part maybe use the hands to assist or bend the legs to help or keep the feet under a strap or something weighted. Keep up the good work and I’m sure you will be rolling up in no time. 😊💪👍

Thank you foe the feedback. I have had a few people say the same thing. Not sure what to do as I already have a mic. I’ve been trying to speak louder in my newer videos and trying to keep my face toward the mic. My next step is investing in a new mic but still trying to decide since they are all very expensive. I’ll see if I can find a way to improve volume via iMovie.
