  • This is my go-to workout when I'm short on time! A full-body strength and flexibility workout in only 30 minutes!
    Level: Beginner
    Props: No Props Needed
    *Prenatal clients should use extra caution with kneeling balance work as balance will change quickly during pregnancy. Prenatal clients will need to do any supine work (laying on the back) on a wedge after 16 weeks as supine work is contraindicated after that point.     April I would love to have more full body express workouts. This one is a favorite and gets a lot of use-especially during this busy holiday season😆

    Your expert cues help me every time a watch your videos. I could not do the side planks but did some stretch and kept going! Excellent video as always! I would like more 30-40 min videos as often I only have one hour total and need time to get ready and get cleaned up on either side of my workout.

    Your workouts are fabulous! The only problem is the audio recording is too low in volume and I can barely hear you on my devices. But I love the workouts thank you.

      yes. I give modifications so most all my workouts are all levels.
