    Perfect challenging Jump board class April! Such a great way to add safe cardio to a work out; hard to find as so many studios add them as an afterthought, if at all. This one was spot on (as usual with your classes👍🏼) and a great home work out on a cold winter day. My abs and my legs sending out a big thanks too 😍!

    Thanks April, that was a really good workout, I like the 3 minute intervals of jumping and then sections of strengthening, worked really well for me! I also liked the feet in straps at the end - bliss!

    Wow, The burn in my glutes 🔥🔥after a 2 week break and finally the delivery of my jumpboard. Haven’t done a jumpboard workout since March. A very good class, heart rate was up and there was sweat 😰😄

      Hi Tracy. Thank you so much. I have been in the fitness industry since 1995. I started out teaching step aerobics in college. Then went on to get my masters in exercise science and health enhancement. I taught at Miami University (Ohio) all different styles of fitness classes (group fitness, personal fitness, running, walking, etc.) and also worked full time as the group fitness director overseeing all group fitness classes. I did pretty much every certification on everything I could. lol. spinning, yoga, pilates, personal training, kickboxing. I then moved to the University of Cincinnati and oversaw their personal training and group fitness and water fitness programs. That was when I met Stacey Sims (owner of Pendleton Pilates). I did her reformer teacher training and fell in love. I have been teaching reformer ever since. That was 2003. I moved to Florida in 2007 and did the PMA certifications to be a NCPT. Hope that helps! I love learning from all different schools. I have done a lot of STOTT trainings, am currently doing the bridging program with balanced body, and just do as much CEUs as I can.     I love this class...I have scarring on my lungs n I can do this n it really helps me!! I also had heart failure n 2018 do I hope this motivated others to do your classes!!

    Ouststanding Classes! Thank you soo much! I have a question? I own a AeroPilates machine with jumpboard attachment - but my foot bar only goes in one position and I only have 4 springs- 2 red a black and a yellow....how do these springs work - in comparison with your machine? Is there a way to figure out the coordinating springs?

      I’m not sure the exact comparison but my red is a heavy and is considered one. The blue is medium and 1/2 of the red and the yellow is light and is 1/4 or the red. What is your heavy and medium and light colors?

    I love your videos, but this one has mid-roll video ads all the way through. It was so distracting to be listening to alignment cues and then suddenly get blasted with a Disney ad.
