Maybe that's why you don't see the results, your body weight is not going down and you have too much fat in your body. :) I have been trying this flat tummy challenge, now I am on my 11th day and I feel amazing - I lost 2.5kilos and almost 1 inch in my waist. this is for everyone who needs motivation: I started this 28 days program being chubby and hating sports. I'm on day 10, i just did it and i can see results, i dropped aprox 5 kg. My abs are starting to show. I started eating more clean and experimenting in the kitchen. Now i love cooking. (btw i'm almost 15 yo) Now imagine just 18 more days to go. U CAN DO THIS BESTIES.
hey i’m on day 15 and i’ve already lost around 5 or 6 pounds and my tummy fat is smoothing up more. i am also in a calorie deficit (i am only eating 1400 calories a day) and i feel so much better, physically and mentally. and btw i’m 16 and when i started the challenge i was about 160 pounds. keep me updated on your progress and i’ll let you know too!

krrez there is good one at lululemon but expensive, but on the app(or google) you go on we made too much and they are way cheaper! Or even Aerie and stuff like that!
you may get used to the workout when you do it repeatedly. if you’re committing to one of chloe’s programs, remember to challenge yourself harder once you have finished - otherwise improvement is unlikely.
@nunya beezness if we take chloe ting's workouts as a hypothesis, then to challenge yourself, you could possibly do the exercises for longer sessions (increase 30s to 40s and so on) and use resistance bands and weights. there is always room for improvement.
@@user-gv5hm8po6b I still feel a bit sore afterwards, but a lot less than when I started. I finished 2 of her programs already, the slim thigh is my third and I'm halfway already. It's possible my endurance increased, but how I wish I had resistance bands just to change it up a little :'(

Just finished the 28 day flat belly challenge , i don’t have abs but i can totally see a change. It is notable my waist is smaller and i did lose 3kg . I started at 64kg. I wasn’t on a diet but i did eat less and i tried to avoid fast food and sweets . Thank you Chloe!!🤭🙈
I did the same thing for a year and i can DEFINITELY see a difference i started Doing her videos again since I stop for like 5 months BUT I will still working out just not her videos but ouuu girl never again she is the only who has effective workouts I’ve tried so many different females and she is definitely the best!! For anyone seeing this please don’t quit even if you don’t see results right away. I’ve been working out for more than a year and I’m almost getting abs. DONT GIVE UP

I'm done! I did it, slim thigh challenge is completed! I'm so proud! I didn't think I would be able to but it happened! Slimmed down around my waist, hips, butt and thighs! And I'm preparing for the next challenge 😖 in times like these it really helps my psyke to do things like these. To anyone still on it: you can do it! Couch potatoe like me could get through, so i totally believe in you ;)

@@zaynabmimi612 I drink between each workout, and normally it's fine for me. But yeah, you probably drank too much, I only drink like a small mouth full.
i usually just drink a little bit of water and do my workout first thing in the morning before breakfast. that way there isn't much in my stomach but a lot of people can't workout without food which is totally okay too! just listen to your body :-)

Think its someting about body differences (we can get different results). But it doesn't mean you can't get better results. Maybe you will lose cm's slowly but parmenent 😉. Keep it up sis 😋

Hi everyone! I started doing Chloe Ting somewhere around September last year. I've lost 7 kgs by just doing Chloe's videos. And I wasn't eating healthy, and wasn't very consistent with my workouts. I just didn't give up. I've completed 2 of Chloe's Two Week Shreds and I'm on Day 15 of the 28 Day Flat Tummy Challenge :) In between these challenges I usually did one or two videos "when I felt like it" lol. I don't usually post comments, but I just felt that people deserve to know, Chloe deserves to see how she's affected my life. Thank you Chloe. P.s. she's so adorable ❤️😭

I’m a guy and idk how many other guys do Chloe’s workouts too but I just finished day 28!!!! Woohoo! Update: I also just finished the 2 week shred program! Onto the next one!
So, in general I was in nice shape before starting but I had a small bit of a tummy sticking out. In the end, my stomach hasn't flattened entirely (the lower abs are the hardest to flatten), but there's a noticeable difference where it's not sticking out as much now, combined with bigger visibility a 4-pack that I developed on my upper abs. I'm currently doing the 2 week ab shred now to keep going.

Just finished this a few days ago. I had to split the last day up and OMG after the 2000 reps my lower body was sore for three days! Totally worth it though. I lost 2 lbs, gained massive strength all over my body and my tummy was tighter and more on the flat side. I did have to do some easier versions and my diet is my own but every little step counts.
just a tip---i used to do all of chloe's workouts last year in the hopes that it would magically make me lose weight without any change to my diet! i would eat fast food like 5/7 days a week and eat hella junk food at night! i couldn't take not loving myself anymore so i decided to finally ACTUALLY try hard for the body i want and the body that is healthy for me! i NEVER saw results doing any of her workouts and i always wanted to give up---UNTIL NOW! i don't necessarily eat crazy healthy, i just make sure i eat home cooked meals for dinner and a light lunch and breakfast (no fast food). i also cut out eating snacks late at night and i only eat fast food maybe once a week now. and honestly IT WORKED! and now that i'm eating regular food (again i don't eat super clean and healthy, just cook good meals at home) AND doing her workouts (also with some 2 mile walks in the evening because coronavirus has me stuck at home where i used to walk a lot at my job) i am finally seeing really great results! I'm losing weight due to my new way of eating, and with the exercises i am getting more ab definition (even tho i still have some lower tummy fat!) and i have a more hourglass figure! make sure you eat better or else you might not see results like me! i know its really hard ive been trying to lose weight for two years now! but no workout could help me until i decided to eat better. i also feel better in general because of that. you got this!

I FINISHED THE FLAT TUMMY CHALLENGE!!! Starting weight: 142 lb Final weight: 134.4 lb I lost about 7.6 lbs!! I've also lost two inches off my waist and an inch off my hips. But I made some changes to my diet such as doing intermittent fasting (16 hour fast, 8 hour eating window), replacing rice with quinoa, increasing my protein intake, consuming less sugar, cutting out soda completely, and counting calories (I ate about 1200-1500 calories a day). I also drank 64 oz. of water daily, so a lot of weight fluctuation may be due to water weight!! ALSO DISCLAIMER (EDIT): If anyone finds this, just know that it might be really really difficult at first getting accustomed to the routine, but if you really commit to it and put in effort, it will pay off! If you know me in person, I am super lazy and do no physical activity at all so if you find yourself in the same boat as me, IT IS POSSIBLE!!! best of luck to everyone in their fitness journey

I'm not actually sure what day I'm on. I left town and couldn't work out for a few days and when I got back I selected my own videos rather than following the schedule. Today, I'm jumping back in at Day 17 of the 28 Day Flat Tummy Challenge! When I first got back home and worked out, I was sooo slow and sluggish. Today, I pumped out 2 sets of mountain climbers like it was nothing! Happy to be getting back into the swing of things.

hey guys I just wanted to say be safe while working out. I'm saying this because 1 year ago I saw this girl and I wanted to have a beautiful body I completely hated my self. So I started to do her workouts every day and they were working. I wanted to look just like my friends so I started to do 15 different workouts in one day. My body started to become way to skinny and I kept getting sick. I have sort of recovered but I just wanted to say do not exercise too much. Just know you are beautiful the way you are and if you wanna lose weight go for it just don't make yourself sick just because you want to look like someone

hot tips for if you can’t do a move (personally, side planks for me) - do the modified version! there is no shame in doing the “easier” version, as long as you work your body still and feel the burn. - do the move slower. a common misconception is that you have to match chloe’s pace in the video, but she is an experienced fitness guru, and we are probably coach potatoes that just started working out this month! work at your own pace and the results will show :) - substitute the move for something else. i actually started doing this fairly recently when i’m hopeless at one of the moves. rather than giving up completely, just do something else you’re more acclimated to that you can still feel at your core. it can be your own move or one of the others in this video. i usually do heel touches or normal planks!

i really appreciate Chloe for making a FREE program!! that people actually have got good results from!! i did this video as a workout today, and it has inspired me to start the 28 day flat tummy challenge!! i'm really hoping that I can stay motivated and commit to this workout. some of the things i'm doing is collecting and taking photos of really inspiring comments (btw i'm so proud of everyone that has done this challenge and got results!!) and putting them on a notes page to look at when i don't feel motivated!! i am also going to set it on like a daily tracker app to help me remember to do the workout! this 10 minute workout seems really good aswell, if I don't have time for one of the longer ones on some days. I think as long as i'm doing SOMETHING every day, it could still give me good results. the reason i'm saying about at least doing something is because i have a very busy schedule (as a lot of us probably do). after doing this short workout today, it did burn, as i'm not very fit and am not really used to exercising, but it felt good after it, and i could already feel that my core had engaged as my tummy felt quite hard after it, and i could tell that even though you can't see anything without being consistent for a fair amount of time, you can feel that it is working the muscles and hopefully toning that stomach!! can't wait to see how things go. thanks chloe! ❤

Hi everyone! I started doing Chloe Ting somewhere around September last year. I've lost 7 kgs by just doing Chloe's videos. And I wasn't eating healthy, and wasn't very consistent with my workouts. I just didn't give up. I've completed 2 of Chloe's Two Week Shreds and I'm on Day 15 of the 28 Day Flat Tummy Challenge :) In between these challenges I usually did one or two videos "when I felt like it" lol. What were your results ?
So, in general I was in nice shape before starting but I had a small bit of a tummy sticking out. In the end, my stomach hasn't flattened entirely (the lower abs are the hardest to flatten), but there's a noticeable difference where it's not sticking out as much now, combined with bigger visibility a 4-pack that I developed on my upper abs. I'm currently doing the 2 week ab shred now to keep going.

Just finished this a few days ago. I had to split the last day up and OMG after the 2000 reps my lower body was sore for three days! Totally worth it though. I lost 2 lbs, gained massive strength all over my body and my tummy was tighter and more on the flat side. I did have to do some easier versions and my diet is my own but every little step counts.

just a tip---i used to do all of chloe's workouts last year in the hopes that it would magically make me lose weight without any change to my diet! i would eat fast food like 5/7 days a week and eat hella junk food at night! i couldn't take not loving myself anymore so i decided to finally ACTUALLY try hard for the body i want and the body that is healthy for me! i NEVER saw results doing any of her workouts and i always wanted to give up---UNTIL NOW! i don't necessarily eat crazy healthy, i just make sure i eat home cooked meals for dinner and a light lunch and breakfast (no fast food). i also cut out eating snacks late at night and i only eat fast food maybe once a week now. and honestly IT WORKED! and now that i'm eating regular food (again i don't eat super clean and healthy, just cook good meals at home) AND doing her workouts (also with some 2 mile walks in the evening because coronavirus has me stuck at home where i used to walk a lot at my job) i am finally seeing really great results! I'm losing weight due to my new way of eating, and with the exercises i am getting more ab definition (even tho i still have some lower tummy fat!) and i have a more hourglass figure! make sure you eat better or else you might not see results like me! i know its really hard ive been trying to lose weight for two years now! but no workout could help me until i decided to eat better. i also feel better in general because of that. you got this!

Starting weight: 142 lb
Final weight: 134.4 lb
I lost about 7.6 lbs!! I've also lost two inches off my waist and an inch off my hips. But I made some changes to my diet such as doing intermittent fasting (16 hour fast, 8 hour eating window), replacing rice with quinoa, increasing my protein intake, consuming less sugar, cutting out soda completely, and counting calories (I ate about 1200-1500 calories a day). I also drank 64 oz. of water daily, so a lot of weight fluctuation may be due to water weight!! ALSO DISCLAIMER (EDIT): If anyone finds this, just know that it might be really really difficult at first getting accustomed to the routine, but if you really commit to it and put in effort, it will pay off! If you know me in person, I am super lazy and do no physical activity at all so if you find yourself in the same boat as me, IT IS POSSIBLE!!! best of luck to everyone in their fitness journey

hey guys I just wanted to say be safe while working out. I'm saying this because 1 year ago I saw this girl and I wanted to have a beautiful body I completely hated my self. So I started to do her workouts every day and they were working. I wanted to look just like my friends so I started to do 15 different workouts in one day. My body started to become way to skinny and I kept getting sick. I have sort of recovered but I just wanted to say do not exercise too much. Just know you are beautiful the way you are and if you wanna lose weight go for it just don't make yourself sick just because you want to look like someone

hot tips for if you can’t do a move (personally, side planks for me)
- do the modified version! there is no shame in doing the “easier” version, as long as you work your body still and feel the burn.
- do the move slower. a common misconception is that you have to match chloe’s pace in the video, but she is an experienced fitness guru, and we are probably coach potatoes that just started working out this month! work at your own pace and the results will show :)
- substitute the move for something else. i actually started doing this fairly recently when i’m hopeless at one of the moves. rather than giving up completely, just do something else you’re more acclimated to that you can still feel at your core. it can be your own move or one of the others in this video. i usually do heel touches or normal planks!

i really appreciate Chloe for making a FREE program!! that people actually have got good results from!! i did this video as a workout today, and it has inspired me to start the 28 day flat tummy challenge!! i'm really hoping that I can stay motivated and commit to this workout. some of the things i'm doing is collecting and taking photos of really inspiring comments (btw i'm so proud of everyone that has done this challenge and got results!!) and putting them on a notes page to look at when i don't feel motivated!! i am also going to set it on like a daily tracker app to help me remember to do the workout! this 10 minute workout seems really good aswell, if I don't have time for one of the longer ones on some days. I think as long as i'm doing SOMETHING every day, it could still give me good results. the reason i'm saying about at least doing something is because i have a very busy schedule (as a lot of us probably do). after doing this short workout today, it did burn, as i'm not very fit and am not really used to exercising, but it felt good after it, and i could already feel that my core had engaged as my tummy felt quite hard after it, and i could tell that even though you can't see anything without being consistent for a fair amount of time, you can feel that it is working the muscles and hopefully toning that stomach!! can't wait to see how things go. thanks chloe! ❤
