I am 2 months pp and have started to do your diastasis recti video. Would this be ok to do also? I know I can’t do any planks or crunches with diastasis recti so hoping this cardio is ok? Thanks love your videos
this video is in prenatal workout playlist, i am not sure thoses abs are good for pregnant woman, they can cause diastasis. Maybe put a warning at the beginning ? I am 29 weeks pregnant and very used to exercice, I know what it is good or not but it is not the cas of all ;) otherwise, great video ;)
I also completed this workout 23 months pregnant but skipped the exercises on the back. I was a little confused since it was under the prenatal workouts but I also loved the video!
