Bro, if you're reading this, I am so very grateful to you. I am severely depressed, overweight and got diagnosed with epilepsy. I wanted you to know how helpful this was to me. Did this today for the first time and after months feel very happy. Your one video has become a saviour to me. Thank you so so much 😀
ive been diagnosed with epilepsy for 6 years and ever since i havent been able to do sports 💔 my medicine made me gain more weight and i hate it but we can do it and we will do it !! we got this. we are great no matter how we look or think we look !
On the first day, you may not complete the workout, and feel oh how hard it is.. but please don't stop.. do it regularly for at least 3-4 days, you will find that you are getting it easier than the previous day.. it works.🎉

I just wanted to thank you for providing these videos on UA-cam for free. I'm a mother of 3 and don't currently have the option to get to the gym. I love the variety of exercises, the time and intensity options with various videos, the music, and the positive energy. Thank you so much!
Hey! Thank you very much for your support of the channel. I glad you like the workouts. I understand that it's difficult to find time, especially being a mother of 3. You are a champion already. This is exactly why I make these workouts. I just want to make fitness accessible to everyone.💙💙

Y’all I lost 20 lbs in 1.5 months from just being consistent. I fell in love with strength training and do it 2-3 times weekly. I also do HIIT, TRX, and Zumba. I tried Chloe Ting’s 2 week shred at the beginning and after two weeks, I realized that it’s not for me. Now I just do what I love and focus on feeling better than looking a certain way. I’m soooo happy that my mindset has shifted as I was too harsh on myself and am just focusing on being happy now 😊
I'm the same way, I was always too obsessed with finding programs and doing them to a T. The truth is you just need to do SOMETHING every day that gets your HR up and makes you sweat a little and you will see and feel results without stressing yourself out about sticking to a particular program.
I was aiming to lose about 1-2Kgs in about a week. I came accross this video and I just thought of giving it a try. I just followed these exercises for just 15 mins with same intensity and guess what? Lost about 3 kgs in a 7 days. Note : No strict diet followed. Thanks mate !!
Did this and was gone by half. Managed to complete but I was gone. Noticed I sweat a lot more in comparison to running on the treadmill for like 20 minutes. I believe this is the perfect level of intensity for any new beginners or even, intermediates. Really recommend this.
Nice! Gonna try today, I’ve been eating healthy and been doing 1 hours spin bike 30 minutes on the rowing machine, how is it going for you now have you noticed any weight loss or difference? Cuz I’ve lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks but notice almost no difference

Remember to take breaks brother. Once I pushed myself too hard without taking breaks and felt sick, next thing I knew, I had fainted for a few seconds.
I have been doing various forms of physical conditioning from the age of 30 on. I am physically in good shape. At the age of 77, this workout taxes me just far enough into my safe heart rate without endangering me. This is a challenging, cardio intense workout. It accomplishes what HIIT workouts are supposed to. My basal metabolism remains elevated long into the day and my energy level is higher all day. Thank you for a great workout.
Have reduced my weight multiple times in the past and now at the edge of BMI overweight. Will start this from coming week every alternate day. 72.5 kg as of now with a goal to reach 69 as per BMI! Will update in 15 days 🤘🏾
I did this workouts combined with diet and gym and lost around 35 to 40 pounds last year and gained it back this year but im starting back again motivated 👌👌💯🔥🔥
Hii I’m 14 and I’m 5’1. i weight 162 pounds and was told I was heading towards obesity. Before I was told this I wanted to lose weight but never found the motivation to. Well now since I don’t want a greater chance of diabetes and I don’t want to be obese I finally have a reason. i’m dieting myself, walking home from school (30 something minute walk) and staying active at home. i really hope this workout can help me get closer to my goal. I’ll try and do this every other day.
Finished it today!! It took a little over 15 minutes for me to do this but I’m glad I finished the whole video. I feel like waterfalls are literally running down my body. Great workout so far.
Keep going, you got this 👊. Remember to include protein in your meals and don't do excessive restriction for food, just cut your meal portion by a little and stay hydrated. And, it's ok to eat your favourite snacks once in a while. Most importantly, don't stress and have 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Good luck🤝

Day 1 - Done ✅ . Also did a stretching session after this workout. I burned 73 calories according to my watch but I know I burned more because my clothes were wet with sweat after this workout. Also, walked 5k steps too. It was quite easy for me because I had been doing an abs workout session for 1 month . But some exercises were still difficult. Day 2 - Done ✅ . Burnt 77 calories today according to my watch. And did the stretching exercises twice. Day 3 :- Done ✅ Burned 100 calories, did the stretching exercise once and did a dance routine for 20 minutes. Day 4 :- Done ✅ . Burned 104 calories today . Also did the stretching exercise once and did skipping for 7 minutes. Halfway through the week. P.S. :- I am also walking 6k+ steps everyday and am not eating any junk food. A little TMI but I haven't had ice cream, cold drink and snacks like chips for more than 2 months now 😬 Day 5 :- Done ✅. Walked 7k+steps today. Day 6 :- Nope . Had to go out for some work. But still walked 5k+ steps. Day 7 :- Done ✅ . Walked 6k+ steps today. Can't believe that it's already 1 week doing this workout. But will post the updates tomorrow because I will be completing 7 days tomorrow. Day 8 :- Done ✅ . Officially 1 week completed 🎉. Update:- I didn't lose inches but I don't why but all my clothes fit me so much better now. Also, I really got demotivated to see that I didn't lose inches because I am just tired of the fact that no matter what I do , I just can't lose inches. I have restricted my eating, exercise more, walk more but I just can't. I really got more demotivated because I had to visit one of my relatives and almost everyone there fat-shamed me and advised me to exercise. And I am just tired of explaining myself 😭😭 . Above is the reason why I didn't exercise for 3 days but still walked every day almost 4-6k steps . Day 12 :- Done ✅ Walked 5k+ steps. Next 2-3 days :- Nope but have walked every day almost 4-6k steps. It is so cause I have been really busy and unwell. But will surely not give up no matter what.

If you’re working out this much and eating well I would suggest finding a different route. For example balancing your hormones (insulin, estrogen (this important for males as well) etc, and balance gut health. Sometimes the solution isn’t always just to workout/diet harder. Check out some other Doctors on UA-cam that advise on this. Hope that helps!
Wow this was just what we needed! Hubby and i did it together from our bedroom and he asked me to push him to do it everyday or few days a week... He is wanting a healthier life!
My family and I do this workout almost daily and have been for around a year. We play a lot of sports also and are very fit people. Using this workout as a framework it helps you push yourself some, modify the workout as needed to make it harder or easier, and acts as a total body workout that strengthens core and hips and greatly improves quality of life. Thank you for posting!
I am 53 and out of training for some time. I have just done for 3 days and I still have to take some breaks, so it is still a challenge, but I hope to complete it with no breaks soon. Thank you for this routine !! It is complete, and it goes to the point.

Im a newbie, my current body weight is 65kg, and i plan to reach my ideal body weight 55kg, within 3 - 6 months. Imma start be discipline by doing this HIIT in the morning consistently! Imma update here soon!!! I aim to not just be physically fit, I'm hoping with this fitness journey, i develop a healthy mindset. Most importantly, consistency.
I have started following this from December 4 and I am focusing on doing this workout 3 times a week and have stopped eating junk will update the progress on new year Currently I am 76 kg and 5"6' male I am also walking 10000 steps a day
First day for me, just finished doing the whole session and it was tough but I got through it strangely wanting to do a little more after, looking to get in shape and this will definitely be a part of my training on my journey, good luck to all others on their journies I wish you all the very best!
Day 1 - I'm 87.6kgs...I will be back 21days. Excited to see what results I achieve. Update: Even though I wasn't as consistent as I would have liked to be, I still had good results. I'm now 84.6kgs. Next step: Exercising 4-5 days every week. I will be back in 1 month.
Started today. Overweight (only enhanced by how short I am) and I’m determined to make a good change and look more like my ideal self. Currently ~70-72 kg. Hope to get far below. Unlike other videos this has no repeats and is straight to the point. It was really fun and tiring. Thanks man.
Love the training. As some people say it was very hard to me at the begenning. But literally after few first attempts I start feeling that Im capable of doing more and more which was very satisfying feeling.I was trying to do it like every 2days and when I was very tired I just going on walk with good music and doing about 10000 steps (1h hour). I loose almost 10kg in 3months. Im really gratefull for this training, all my friends immidiately start telling me that I look much better. The clue is a consistency. Just dont make any excuses. If u skip 1 day then why dont skip second and another. Be consistent and u will see the efects very soon.
I am just starting out my weightless journey and after the first workout I am hella sore the next day. I went for an hour walk instead of attempting this again so I will need to ease my way into it. Thank you for putting together something so simple. I am eager to return to the level fitness I used to know a lifetime ago.
Why is a 15 second break important its not, its 15 minutes of intense high energy workout which takes the body 48 hrs to replace the used oxygen in the body thusfore ur metabolism is burning fat for 2 days so really you only need to do a total of 45 minutes per week to burn body fat and get fit. 15 minutes of hiit exercises without 15 seconds break in between isnt necessary thats abit like saying to husband after 40 seconds stop fuckin me n take a 15 second break when u know full well he can go hammer n tongue for well over 15 minutes like personally i go at it an hr none stop so im quite certain i cud manage all the above in 15 minutes without stopping n not drop dead or collapse. 😂😂
I've always stuck with other workout videos all my life, and this is the one that I enjoyed the most. Nothing but solid concentration and no voice in the bg yapping about how I'm almost there.
I used to do this in school. I realized I got so tone that It does work. Now I am sort of flabby. And I remember looking up HIIT. Such a great work out. Such good old habits I should’ve started a week ago. Well here’s to a new feature😂❤

Thank you for posting these workouts for free. I’m a truck driver and I’ve been trying to be more active. These workouts are great for me and I can do most of them inside of my truck with ease. I will start doing these tonight when my shift is over.
Already started doing this for three days straight, but im leaving this here to motivate myself. Day 1: as usual I ended up having to skip a few parts as I am too weak to do them, but I will keep trying to get better at them until I can do it! Going to do another 10 minute workout, good luck to all! I will be doing this workout for 20 days without missing a day, if I do, I restart. Day 2: I feel noticeably better at some of these workouts, still yet to really see a difference. I will start planning my diet soon. Day 3: It was easier today, but I had to crunch it in because our band is having a performance today. I unfortunately dont have a scale, so I cant see my progress, but today I broke the hardest sweat so far during my workouts lol. Going to stop with this, im so lazy to the point where this is only stressing me out more then it is motivating me, but every now and then I will post milestones. I’ll still keep doing this exercise daily though.
Im 21 yo and I did 12/16 exercices. Idk if this is for beginners, but it was hard , it made me realize how weak I am. I tend to underestimate tasks, and overestimate my abilities. I am writing this comment as a promise to myself to master this routine. Thanks for the video.
15 years old. Overweight Did this for the first time today. Main problem is the arms, legs are bigger than arms so after the pushups I can barely do any of the exercises that require my arms. Sweating intensely. Going to do this once a day and then switch to twice a day after a while. Going to do intermittent fasting and clean my diet. Will update soon
Don’t stop. I’m 15 and I do this every day. Try your absolute best to do it every day because one day skipped makes me lazy and turns into like 3 or 4 days skipped. You got this
Good luck to you all. Add a few days of weight training to your weekly routine. Then decrease the amount of cardio days and have more weight training days. Upper and lower body, and push and pull exercised with weights. Start light, then gradually increase. Make sure you're communicating with your doctor and your parents. Good on you all for getting it together while you're young. Keep it up! 😉😉😉

Hyy hello everyone I am 20 year old female and a medical aspirant 😁 who is diagnosed with pcos and my current weight is 80 kg. My doctor had highly suggested me to do exercise and diet and reduce the weight so that my pcos will be manageable and with that I also have high BP so I am starting this workout and let's see what the result is in a complete Month. So today is 12th of January 2024 and I will be sharing my result on 13th of February and if I succeed in losing weight with diet means without eating any junk eating only homemade food and if I lose a minimum amount of weight I will also give a review on that and I will try to maintain a regular update on UA-cam on this comment😅😅 ok so wish me luck😂❤❤
I am 17 and 70kg. I look quite normal but I needed to burn the stubborn belly fat. Started doing it from the past 3 days.. Will update soon! Day 9 - been doing this mostly everyday without gaps but now due to exams, I gotta take breaks. So now I am doing this with one day gap. It has been 9 days and this thing actually works! Lost almost 2 pounds but the main difference is that quite a few people have started noticing the difference now. 1 month - It has been over a month. Took a week break due to common cold but now I am regular once again. The exercises are quite easy now and lost almost 4 pounds only (not a huge difference because I don’t follow a diet and mostly eat like a beast). Almost 2 months - Things are pretty easy now and I don’t sweat heavily like I used to. Overall body shape has now transformed a lot. I still don’t follow a strict diet but mostly try to avoid junk food. Total fat loss is over 7kg. A day gap between the workouts. 3 months - I have achieved what I wanted. Lost 7 kgs in total without following a proper diet. Now I am heading to become lean by some strength training.
Thanks for your help! Your videos are very helpful. I started with this in July and now I alternate between this and the 30-minute one, depending on how tired my body feels at the moment. I managed to lose 17 kg, but I still have a little excess that I need to burn, that's why I'm glad that I found your videos, because that way I will definitely succeed. thank you very much

Day 1 - of consistency and seriousness in life. Completed 2 sets sweating badly. Day 2- done 2 sets again. Was unable to breathe. I know I can do it. It felt a bit easier than yesterday. Day 3- did 1 set. Easier. Day 4- feels tougher dunno why. Completed only one set. Day 5- felt easiest ever. Completed without any back thought.
When its hard to do the second set that’s when you must absolutely do it!!! If you cannot u fail!! Adopt this mindset gave me good results in 4 weeks!!! And keep the diet in check too
I have few questions, I have PCOS and it's mandatory for me to loose at least 20 Kg for regular periods and better health So Please reply 1. Do I have to do it everyday continuously? 2. How long it will take to loose some noticable weight? 3. Do I have to follow very strict diet? 4. I don't have much time, but do I need to do something more like running or skipping rope with this exercise? 5. If you have some suggestions please do tell!! Thank you
I’ve been looking for a set of HIiT exercises that aren’t sets of the same exercises as I find myself struggling with exercises when I think I have a lot more ahead of me. This looks perfect. Will definitely be trying this.
A quick and enjoyable workout! First time I didn’t feel like giving up halfway because it was too tough to do the exercises. It was easy to follow along and I sweated so much!

I went from 126kg to 81kg I am 15 years old and after I did my hard diet now when I reached 81kg I am pretty muscular especially in my legs they are huge I am a football player and now I thought of trying this for burning body fat maybe it’ll help me and it’s just 15 minutes of suffer and misery I swear my muscles got maxed out but thank you I guess I’ll add this to my plan
I extremely overestimated myself going into this. Made it maybe about halfway and couldn't go anymore but I still tried most of the rest of it. If nothing else I have a goal to work towards now. I need to go start with one of the lower intensity maybe standing only videos he has. This was way above my current ability. But I guess I have more confidence in myself than originally thought lol 😆 maybe ill come back when I conquer this workout and update yall with my progress.

Update Day 8: Felt good today so I did one more round today. It’s starting to be a routine for me! I’m chasing my dream, happy that I’m this consistent. 💪🏻 11th day: light work 😮💨 13th day: the only thing that keeps me going is discipline, I don’t give a fuck if I have a bad if iam sad.. I’m doing what iam supposed to do. With that being said today was mentally a rough day but I manage to power threw and feel even better after. 🫡 Update 27.02.2024: I gave up after one month at that time, I’m coming back today for good, basically back where I started again but I’m not done yet. Time to get back to it!! 🤝 After workout: couldn’t fully finish it but I’m determined that I will make it.

Don’t do it everyday- 3 times a week is recommended along with weight training to keep your body in shape and amazed, eating well in a calorie deficit helps too dont just too excessive cardio a lot it won’t be good, your body will lose weight way too fast creating loose skin.

Hello , how its going so far ??
Thank you for the working out with me Oliver! Much appreciated! I’m 68 years old and really enjoyed your HIIT workout! ❤
I’m soooo happy that my mindset has shifted as I was too harsh on myself and am just focusing on being happy now 😊
Sounds like a great mindset. Keep that going, I’m rooting for you 👏👏
I'm the same way, I was always too obsessed with finding programs and doing them to a T. The truth is you just need to do SOMETHING every day that gets your HR up and makes you sweat a little and you will see and feel results without stressing yourself out about sticking to a particular program.

A little TMI but I haven't had ice cream, cold drink and snacks like chips for more than 2 months now 😬
Day 5 :- Done ✅.

I’m only 12 years old but this helps a lot with trying to stay healthy. Thank you so much for provided this to me for free. God bless you.

but i successfully finished it anyway!

Thankyouu for the intense workout video!!!
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤❤
Just I Finished Mine..Its Killed It 😂 Feeling Dizzy Now
Amazing 🎉my daughter is 9 and I’m 32 she talking mad about how she would do easy hahaha 😂 she thought after few workouts .we were both drenched when we were done it was so easy follow what you were doing. But it was a very good hard work out it worked everything thank you so much you guys were awesome.we will definitely be following.I loved the clips of what comes next.
this workout really gets you going, my entire body was sore the day after doing it. I love that and i plan to stay consistent!
Remember to do some easy yoga stretches afterwards. It helps reduce muscle soreness
And keep the diet in check too
This was amazing. No intro No chitchat just standing on business
What I've realized about workouts is the more you enjoy it , the faster it finishes..😁
I've been doing for the last 2 month and my friends notice the change. I love the work out a little bit challenging at the beginning. Thanks 👍
Did you lose weight?
I have few questions, I have PCOS and it's mandatory for me to loose at least 20 Kg for regular periods and better health
So Please reply
1. Do I have to do it everyday continuously?
2. How long it will take to loose some noticable weight?
3. Do I have to follow very strict diet?
4. I don't have much time, but do I need to do something more like running or skipping rope with this exercise?
5. If you have some suggestions please do tell!!
Thank you
Starting this today. I will try to do it every day.
Day 1✅️
I’ve been looking for a set of HIiT exercises that aren’t sets of the same exercises as I find myself struggling with exercises when I think I have a lot more ahead of me. This looks perfect. Will definitely be trying this.
A quick and enjoyable workout! First time I didn’t feel like giving up halfway because it was too tough to do the exercises. It was easy to follow along and I sweated so much!
Day 1: Done this ✔️ Totally exhausted after doing this. Will try to show up tomorrow as well
Day 2:Done.. still it's difficult but did it!
Day 3:Did It!!
Day 4:Was not able to do it!!
Day 5: Did it!
Keep going 🏆
Been doing it 3 weeks feelin good and better in myself thank you 🙏
3rd day and finally completed it without any extra break
How about now? Have you had a break?
How ya doin now buddy
@@ReallyDeadpool better. Still not quite where I want to be but getting there!
@@pooldeadpool1535 good luck bro ,you can do it🔥

I’m doing this every 2nd day or so.
Update 2nd day: I’m dead af. 😅
4th day: starting to feel a bit better in my body 🤝

Workout is rough but good!!
Update Day 8: Felt good today so I did one more round today. It’s starting to be a routine for me! I’m chasing my dream, happy that I’m this consistent. 💪🏻
11th day: light work 😮💨
13th day: the only thing that keeps me going is discipline, I don’t give a fuck if I have a bad if iam sad.. I’m doing what iam supposed to do.
With that being said today was mentally a rough day but I manage to power threw and feel even better after. 🫡
Update 27.02.2024:
I gave up after one month at that time, I’m coming back today for good, basically back where I started again but I’m not done yet. Time to get back to it!! 🤝

Anyone worried about their life going by too fast, you need Oliver’s workouts - where 15 minutes feels like an eternity 😂❤
lmao
As a beginner, I would suggest other beginners that do every exercise at your own pace in the starting few days .
But don't give up.
This is the best cardio hiit you can ever find.
You will surely thank me later😊

I love how you don't talk over,no intro video, we just get down to business.
Some workouts I couldn't perfect but I'm planning on sticking on just this workout until I'm perfect on it like you, because I would save numerous workouts at once lol, but I choose this one!
I love it! I'm gonna do it everyday (except Sundays) and also incorporate some jogging where I can maybe 2-3x a week
I'm not looking for fast results , today is
25 Nov 2023
25 Feb 2024 I will be back🤖🤖🤖
Tell me about results when you reach
Keep us updated please, we support you!!!!
Don’t do it everyday- 3 times a week is recommended along with weight training to keep your body in shape and amazed, eating well in a calorie deficit helps too dont just too excessive cardio a lot it won’t be good, your body will lose weight way too fast creating loose skin.
@nai_legend oh thank you, but I thought this was body Weight workouts

I got addicted to these HIIT workouts recently. I feel like these workouts and best meal plan I ever got in my life from Next Level Diet will help me to get slim before August hopefully!! Let's go!!
Bullyjuice’s hiit workouts are better in my opinion
Yes bullyjuices did help me lose about 50lb.. but giving other people channel a try doesn't hurt
@@JoseMendez-sf4ij when i do bully’s workouts, at the end i’m dripping in sweat but other workouts don’t have the same effect like that
@@JoseMendez-sf4ij would you please send me the link to his workout that you used ?
@@rickyyy-1326 just do his 20 minutes work outs.. do the HIIT work out.. if you are starting do 1 of his work outs. Then do 20 mins on the machines then 10 to 15 mins core!
I started this with my friend. 3-times a week. I am also dieting, looking forward to see the results in two months. Getting ready for summer.
What are the results?
Well, after all what I did was take out a gym membership. In the gym I did mostly cardio classes plus diet, I lost 30 pounds

Thank you. I used to practice martial arts from a young age and stopped in the pandemic.. I honestly thought if I have to do another squat, sit up or press up I’m done 🥱😂😂😂.. but I loved this! Slowing it down, didn’t feel too much, perfect for what I want it for.. thanks 🙏
