  • Let's STRETCH! After a tough workout, you deserve a nice post-workout stretch. This 10 min stretching routine includes full body stretches as well as stretches for tight muscle areas like your back, hips, legs, neck, and shoulders. Stretching after a workout is great to improve flexibility and mobility. Add this video to the end of your workout routines!
    This stretching sequence is also suitable if you are pregnant or postpartum IF you skip the cobra stretch! Enjoy.

    What exercise can I do if I can't do the exercise lying on your belly with feet together, then you do leg lift to the sky? Also the last exercise is too hard, the one where you raise and lower the leg in a bridge? Any suggestions for those 2 moves?
