- THIS is EXACTLY how you will get rid of armpit fat! I want you to get results so I have created the BEST workout to lose armpit fat! I know it's more convenient to just do some upper body exercises but it is not going to do anything if you don't combine it with cardio that burns calories & fat. The way to go about it is to do strength exercises for the back and chest and combine it with cardio movements. That's exactly what we do in this 10 min workout! Get ready to sweat!

I love this video! I love the opening music not too crazy for first thing in the morning. I would like a video that doesn't involve getting mat out or using the floor but helps with constipation (mine is stress / tension related not diet). Who sings the opening song?

Hello Sally. My English is not very perfect, but I need some advice. I do your exercises every night, one night my arms, the next my stomach, and the third my legs. On the fourth day, hands again and so on in a circle. Is it effective, should I continue with that method?
Hi Idiora, that sounds like a good program that you created for yourself. Continue with that and see if the workouts get easier and if you feel stronger. If you do - keep going :)!

If you were not physically active before pregnancy, do it every other day at your pace.
That is very not true I have been doing this on and off for about 2 or 3 weeks now not doing it the 14 days in a row like she suggested but I see results I also haven't done it for the last 3 days and still see the results so I don't understand how you can sit there and try to say it's impossible, I've done it!

I have been doing it on and off for 2 or 3 weeks I know I was supposed to do it for 14 days straight but I didn't do it for 3 days and today I could still see that it had reduced my armpit/bra backfat area by a decent amount you can still see the results.

Music is aggressive and stressing me... sorry I have enough stress in my life ...and yes, it's not possible to loose fat locally but its possible to tighten by increasing muscles and to stimulate the lymph flow by movement - but of course, if there is i thick layer of fat over the muscles....we will never see the sixpack underneath...so some say: the sixpack is made in the kitchen....
Now I've just seen 1to say about arm pit fat remove in5 mins now why 10 mins don't you how time works then make your mide up I'd never do yours
