    Pumayat ako huhu. Wala naman ako naramdaman sa katawan kaso lalong lumiit muka Ko. Nakakanipis ng katawan ata ang low carb. Kahit damihan ang pagkain tas nag IF Ka, nakakapayat pa din.

    Tumaas ang cholesterol ko 206mg/dl last year nag low carb at ate vegetables esp leafy no more burgers, hotdogs, fast foods at nag olive oil na ako. Now pumayat na ako at bumaba ang result to 186mg/dl. Gusto ko na rin madagdagan ang weight ko.

    so mali pala ako dra. kc diko kaya ang dami kinakain mensan nalang ako nagugtum now i know na susundinko yan kc mentain na ang timbang ko kaso nangangayayat ako.Now start for 12/ 12 ,tnx dra. sayang naman yong goal ko kaya pala diko kc sinusunod yang 150 grams na meat or chicken pa kunti kunti lang piro diko talaga nsusunod yan liit nalang kc kain ko busog agad now i know na.,salamat dra.and merry x mass sayo and sa lahat ng gaya ko 60 na kc ako kaya ini ingatan ko talaga katawan ko.

    Doc grace good evening sa pamilya ko ako lng po ang nag low carb against sila na walang kanin sabi nila by now mukha raw ako may sakit payat na raw ako kasi mas maganda raw ako nong malaki pa like 64 kls kasi b4 now 58.75. kahit anong explain ko about low carb ayaw nilA maniwala.pangit na raw ako ngayon 😂 omg!! pangit na raw ako ngayon doc 😪

      They are not used to seeing us at our normal weight, so most of us get the same reaction from non-low carbers. Tip: Drink enough water, get vitamin D and good sleep, eat nutrient-dense foods, and, always be positive and smile :)

      I agree walang safe na pagkain ngayon kahit sa mga gulay andyan ang mga chemicals. Kaya as much as possible kung kaya natin ang organic at alam natin ang source ng bibilhin natin advantage sa atin yan. Walang diet na applicable sa lahat ng tao. Depende kung paano metabolize ng katawan natin. May mga taong carnivore, vegan, vegetarian, LC, LCHF, Low fat at ok sila sa diet na ginagawa nila. Ang challenge is kung anong diet ang susundin natin. But to start, iwasan ang highly processed food, sugary drink and food, refined carbs.

      @@Pabango I couldn’t agree more sa last sentence. Sugar, Ultra Processed food, Refined grains - all are accessible and affordable and of course Deadly. Include na rin natin ang pag iwas sa mga Vegetable/Seed Oil.

    Doc, after 2 month I slowly gain 10 lbs, went back to eating rice, bread, oatmeal, but with caution, 135 lbs ! I still believe the benefit of your diet...I ate lots of green......it just me, I now have to do more weights, ( to gain muscle< I lost a lot when I lost weight) try to get another 10...slowly . I still do my bike, motorcycle, shooting, and bowling 4x a week, your diet is always in my mind....very informative...thanks love you.

    Hi Doc Grace!
    I've been practicing LCIF for 5 months since January this year. I had laboratory test last June 18, 2022 and the results were good and normal except my cholesterol which is little bit high (6.61) than normal (0-5.20mmol/L) is there any changes with eating fats or any suggestions please?     Doc ask kulang noong Ng umpisa mag low carb I'm 89kilos after 3weeks of low carb following your food guide. I lost 12kilos my weight for now drop to 76 Hindi naman Ako pumayat Ng Todo nandyan parin Ang muscles ko parang limit lang Ako pero lumiit narin tiyan ko.pero parang huminto na Ang pagbaba Ng timbang ko it's maintain ko 76kls for 6 days na. I also practicing omad gusto ko pa sanang bumaba UpTo 70 kilos maybe that's is my ideal weight.I'm 5"4 in height and I'm 54yrs old.tnx doc.

    Eh paano po Doc Grace Rojo nag pa complete labtest po ako ang mataas po sakin ay LDL 270 ( cholesterol) kaya pinagbawalan po ako ng meat ☹😞😓 at neresetahan ng statin 😥 at ensure kasi po ang payat2 ko na po... pero gusto ko ituloy ang LC diet ko.. ano po ang gagawin ko.. 🤔 64y/o here ayoko mag mentenance.       Mga processed meat po or anything na processed food even sugar will probably cause cancer. Pagkain po ng mga sinaunang tao (caveman/hunter gatherer era) is meat.

    Hello doc, medjo naguguluhan lang ako
    Gusto ko mag weight gain, gym instructors preferred to me the CALORIES SURPLUS,
    I'm 5'10- 5'11 - 65kg and my BWG is around 75 to 80kg,
    kung mag kacalories surplus Ako puro kanin titirahin ko nun doc 🥹 parang diabetes kalalabasan ko nun, nag gain nga Ako ng weight delikado Naman Health ko, doc I'm very confused gusto ko lang maging normal ang timbang ko sa base sa height ko na walang iniisip na sakit. I'm currently lifting weights 6x a week.

    Is there any other solution to keep my passion which is cycling, hiking, swimming, riding motorcycle, shooting, bowling......do I have to give up this activities?.....to gain weight?....is there other ways or means for me? Can I eat more? Many says I have high metabolism. I dont want to lose those things that I enjoy most.....Is there hope? or Am I hopeless?

I was 145 now Im down to 128....I ate lots of meat now sirloin, bacon, chicken, some seafoods, into lots of green vegies before and now), cabbage, cauliflower, brocolli, brussel sprout, lettuce, cellery carrots cucumber, (dont seem to help in wt. gain).....the biggest thing I let go was rice...I was a big eater of rice and ( burn them so quick). I tried your diet because I start having tendonitis, wrist discomfort, hears milled cracking noises in my rotator cup, in my knee....so I tried your diet hoping it might help, I said to myself "I got nothing to lose if I try"
      I dont really feel any worst nor better....the doctor said "It is my age and everyone will go to that stage in life".
      Doc, I am embarrass to say Im 80 now, and still does what most younger people do, the doctor and many of my friends says Im lucky.....I got, no hi blood, no kidney problem, no diabetis, no heart problem, not into any medication... I dont even take aspirin....... my recent lab test, ECG, are OK... but my bone scan shows I got arthritis in my spinal (It dont bother me so far) . I thought I might be able to extend my active life doing your diet....but losing weight dont seem to be good for me...I will try something and hope I can gain back some weight without trigerring inflamation.

      Add good fats para mas mabusog, anything too much is not good din. Stick to moderate protein, moderate fat, and low-carb. (If with health conditions, seek consultation with your trusted doctor first)

    Hi Doc Grace i had my galstone examine & found out that i still had stones in my galbladder & my Doc advice me for operation i've been following you since January & been feeling good but then last may 25, 2022 "The gallblader is normally dustendef measuring cm 8.3x2.0(LxW)with at least 5 shadowing,hyperechioc foci areseen w/ the largest measuring1.3x0.5cm.its eall is not thickened at0.21cm. The pancreas is normal in size measuring 0.5x0.5x0.9cm for the head,body & tail respectively. No focal mass lesion is seen. The pancreatic duct is not dilated. The spleen is not enlarged with full lenght of 7.2cm. No parenchymal lesion is seen. The aorta & paraaortic areas are intack. No abnormal dilatations or narrowing is seen. No lymphadenopathies are noted. My kidney are ok the liver is normal in size. The impression: Normal size fibrofatty liver. Cholelithiasis w/out sign of cholecystitis. Unremarkable sonogram of the pancreas,spleen,kidneys, & urinary bladder. No intra-abnormal mass or ascites. But still my Doctor highly recommend me for operation i'm in 102 in the least for operation coz i just ask assistance from the Government Hospital here in EVRMC HOSPITAL here in Leyte. I really need youre help & advice Doc thank you so much Doc i enroll in yoyre master class last april 3, 2022 but i didnt here from you anymore through perks now im still following youre advice in low carb but then i afraid to eat the fatty pork such as the pork oil were i used to since january please hope you will advice me what to do thank Doc God Bless You Always💝💖💕🙏🙏🙏💕💖💝

      Complicated ang cholesterol, depende sa Dr na pakikinggan mo. Ang mga taong LCHF, hindi sila worry sa level ng cholesterol. Mas importante sa kanila ang quality ng cholesterol ( LDL). May ibang variables kasi sa cholesterol tulad ng Triglycerides at HDL. Sa mga videos na nakita ko about this topic, ang ratio ng Triglycerides/HDL ay isang paraan para malaman ang quality ng LDL. Nasabi nyo nga po na mataas ang cholesterol mo, alamin mo ang result ng triglycerides at HDL mo, kapag mataas ang triglycerides at mababa ang HDL mo, mag worry ka po sa ganitong result no matter kahit mababa ang LDL mo.

      @@adllau9695 low triglycerides and high HDL ay safe mark. Ang LDL ang complicated. Sa unang pag aaral nakita nila na yong may sakit sa puso ay mataas ang LDL kaya tinawag nila na bad cholesterol ang LDL. Ang problema sa pag aaral ginawa nilang generalized ang result. Kasi may mga taong may kondisyon na tinatawag na familial hypercholesterolemia na related sa genes ng tao. Ibig sabihin nasa genes ng tao ang gumawa ng sobrang cholesterol (LDL). Isa sa paraan para malaman kung may ganitong sakit ay yong simula pa ng kabataan mo elevated na ang cholesterol mo. Kaya maraming inaatake sa puso na mga bata pa kasi di nila alam na may ganito silang sakit. Pero sa mga bagong pag aaral, lumalabas na di basehan ang mababang LDL ay safe na sa sakit sa puso. Bagkus kabaligtaran, mas napapahaba ang buhay ng mga matatanda na mataas ang LDL. Tapos nakita ngayon na ang quality ng LDL ang importante kaysa sa bilang. Meron pattern A at pattern B. Ang pattern A ay lutang, medyo malalaki sya at sumasabay sa agos ng dugo. Ito yong healthy. Ang pattern B naman ay maliliit at lubog sya. Hindi sya nakakasabay sa agos ng dugo. Ito yong damage na LDL ( bad cholesterol). Ang tinuturong sanhi ng damage ay too much sugar sa dugo, chronic stress, chronic inflammation, sedentary life, atbpa. Karamihan ng gumagawa ng LCHF diet ang lipid test result nila ay mababang triglycerides, mataas ang HDL at mataas ang LDL. Again di sila worried kasi alam nila maganda ang quality ng LDL nila. Pero lahat ng ito ay hypothesis lang, wala pa talagang nakakaalam kung ano ang perfect numbers kasi as of now ang daming pag aaral ang ginagawa. Sa madaling salita wala pang tuldok. Kung base sa kasalukuyang data, mas ok sakin ang low triglycerides at high HDL no matter sa number ng LDL ko. Triglycerides/HDL = LDL quality; below 2- good, above 2-bad. This formula base sa book ni Benjamin Bikman, PhD “ Why We Get Sick”.
