    today is my 5th day of low carb, today ko lng nramdaman na I think ok na ako sa adjustment ng low carb, pg gising ko this morning, hindi ko feel ung gutom, at hindi ko tlga feel na kumain.. pero need ko ng something na ifeed sa tyan ko, uminom lng ako ng hot water na my asin...and later 10am maybe 1boil egg. ..masarap ung tulog ko kahit ang init sa gabi, nagising ako today 8am na first time kong nagising ng gantong oras , usually nagigising ako 6am..pinakikiramdaman ko din srili ko..I think umiepekto na sa ktwan ko ung lowcarb process. thank u soo much doc for educating us..u really inspire me. from 63kg now this morning 61.2kg na...yay soo much happy ko. looking forward for loosing more...

    It is very good to have a medical practitioner who is advocating on what is the correct way to achieve good metabolic health. Unfortunately , a lot of people including medical professionals are still following guidelines that actually damage the health. This happens when we are only basing our knowledge on "studies" and forgetting the basics of physiology and biochemistry.

      So hindi muna ako magfasting, mag low carb diet na lang muna ako, after one month mag pa laboratory ako at kung normal na gusto ko talaga mag fasting with a doctor's advise. Thank you dra Rojo Tan.

      @@yenbacunata3430 Eventually, low carb with intermittent fasting and exercise will be the ones that will permanently sustain a good metabolic health and get rid of visceral fats. You can let Dr Rojo guide you on those. She knows what she is advocating and I agree with her completely.

      Hello Bago lang Po Ako dito at Meron Po akong vertigo lagi Po Akong nahihilo ,umiinom Po Ako ng gamot tulad ng gliclazide,Amlodipine rosuvastatine,sitagliptin. Para naman Po sa sugar ko Po.Ano.po pwede nyong marecommend para itigil ko na Po yong gamot ko.Thank you so much Po.

    Hello Doc, I'm starting eating low carb, but I still eat rice a little, & I noticed I feel good , parang magaan yon katawan ko, Yong namamaga sa kamay ay nag less , I also avoided eating bread , root crops, and less sugar food., but i eat 3× a day ..thank you doc.

    Thank you Doc, pareho tayo ng allergy pero one wk plang akong nag low carb dina masakit face ko at sa may left ear, naapektuhan talaga. At napansin ko kung kumain ako ng hicarb, iba agad ang pakiramdam parang bumabalik yung sakit, pero di na ako kumakain ng kanin,tinapay,pasta. Dapat talaga iwasan na ang hicarb.

    Check ko Lang po. I’ve been doing LcIF for the past 3 years 12-16hrs. I’m 59 yrs old but still taking meds for hypertension. But I feel good but in certain point my my blood pressure were fluctuating mostly on systolic not in the regions of 115-135/70-80. What’s your take with this doc?

    I am 69 years old at may maintenance once a day for my high blood pressure. I am not eating rice for almost a month now since I watch your video about low carb. Ano pong mga prutas ang dapat kong iwasan or i can eat in a minimum amount. Can i eat baked bread made from whole wheat flour, almond, pistachio and wallnuts, flaxx and chia seeds with olive oil which I baked myself. Salamat po
