I followed Dr Ekberg after getting into Dr Sinclair and it has worked great for me...
... Unfortunately, my daughter followed along and it didn't work for her.
How do you find a doctor versed in this logic? For me, I couldn't find one... They all told me I wouldn't likely get off my bp meds... Now I'm med free and lower bp than when I was 20.
So, how do you find resources when most medical doctors tend to check critical thinking at the door?

Tack igen. Mvh. Johan.

I started fasting over 3 months ago ..I am averaging 18-22 Hours a Day . Eating only 1 meal .. late afternoon . I have never felt better . My Brain fog is gone … I am slowly losing subcutaneous Fat , which I have never been able to lose in any previous kind of diet. I am under 70 and have never felt this good .
Eating less is the healthiest way that I have ever lived and felt . I am never hungry , nor do I feel weak to my amazement .. Our bodies will take care of us if we trust them and when You let Your body prove itself to You . The Stress is gone when You Trust Your Body to sustain You with only the minimal Food intake that , that it actually needs to function .. . I am surprised and blown away how this has simplified my Life and I have never been tempted to return to my old ways . Once You feel the freedom from the food and how much better You are feeling it is easy to adapt it as a way of Life for Your Health & Wellbeing physically & Mentally . 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Simply Amazing 🤩

Carbs become addictive and once you wean off them your body doesn't feel that sharp hunger anymore. At least for me and my husband. I love Dr. Ekberg and follow his philosophy for eating healthy! I started out watching Dr. Ekberg and it's helped me. The scale tipped at 383. I'm now 306. I still have a way to go and plan to document my journey here on UA-cam starting next week. I'd love some people to follow my journey for accountability and for tips.

My Japanese friends are so SO healthy and eat white rice for every meal. But, they eat lots of miso and fermented foods. They also eat many green vegetables. I never hear of them taking laxatives, Rolaids or gas reliving priducts. They never seem to be sick. They eat VERY LITTLE meat. Mostly fish. When I eat meat I don't go to the bathroom for days.

Having lived in Asia, if you watch how they eat, they are eating what Americans would consider a child size portion of rice. You eat rice as a filler, to top off other things you eat. Also, being fat is the ultimate no no for Japanese. I would watch my friend eat ONE tiny chocolate square, put the rest away and that was dessert. She drank a lot of green tea and a diet tea.

Correlation is not causation, the amount and the frequency that Asians eat compared to Americans can't be compared furthermore Asians markers are actually lagging towards what the US is today, they are actually following suit if not corrected.

Wrong meat. Eat organic grass fed finished meat cook in gee - olive oil- grass fed organic butter. Eat with steamed or sauté vegetables. A portion of fermented food. Drink a glass of water kefir - kombucha- water. Meat is great, the food the animals are on is the problem. Source ORGANIC GRASS FED UNPASTEURISED FREE RANGE ANIMAL PRODUCE.
