6month ago.. first I couldn’t do this 💦it was too hard for me. But I was trying every day and ….I did it !!! I can do this video work every morning. I lost 20kg. I’m 52yrs. Thank you for giving me the strength 💪never give up ♡

I LOVE the "Up Next" window...super helpful! I'm just getting into some of these and I hate getting surprised by the next exercise where you have to get on the ground and you don't know what it is. You need to pause...then rewind...it defeats the purpose! So thank you for this!

Omg! I am panting like a dog! Felt great! Gonna start 1 round and once I am more comfortable, will repeat another round, hopefully soon enough. I am 52 and been doing low impact hiit exercises so decided to try this…. WOW! Thank you so much.
I LOVE this workout! I was wrecked in 4 minutes but it still have me the energy to complete another less intense workout. Also, you can definitely feel when you're in your anerobic zone and I'm looking forward to see how I improve over time!

Then was intense. Have my heart pumping more than the 30mins sets I usually do. Could extend with a 1 minutes break and repeat this set. It is so good.
