If you give it your all ... there's no way you can do 4 cycles in a row with only 1 minute break and still standing or doing the exercises correctly. Not wanting to rain on your parade but TABATA is not made to stretch it to 20 minutes, you could get injured, I don't recommend it.

Heather, I love your Tabata playlist! Have you ever considered making a longer 30, 45, or 60 minute tabata workout? I usually just watch like 5 or 6 of your shorter workouts in a row, but I would love to see a longer one!

Excellent! I guess one can say I'm a prior Crossfitter from 2013-2020. After having my last 2 babies (5 total) at age 46 and moving to higher elevation my whole system along with anemia has been way off- weight has been slow to come off. After listening to many podcasts of Shawn Stevenson aka Shawn Model of Eat Smarter & Sleep Smarter... he suggested after proper sleep in the morning to start off with a 4 min Tabata.. thankfully I found your channel as I searched exactly that! Thanks so much for putting this out there!

I love using this as a warm up, I replace some of the workouts though. I do jumping jacks, high knees, side leaps, spot sprint or jog, windmills, burpees, standing crunches, then finally spot sprint or jog.

This is quite a good Tabata workout they're every bit as energetic as my Tabata workouts they're great for getting the heart rate up
