You’re still growing as a 13-year-old! Don’t be hard on yourself with any body standard! You are beautiful regardless of what you look like ❤
One thing that helped me overcome my body issues at 13, is understanding that not all bodies are made to be the same and it’s okay to have fat and it’s okay to eat junk food. Also, learning to tune into my body and how it responds helped me a lot when it came to diet and exercise.
I let go of perfectionism and that hugely helped me live a more authentic and a fulfilling life as well as have empathy for others. In the process, I became lonely and I only had a few friends.
Another thing that helped was that we are going to age no matter what. So it’s very important that we live our life to the fullest. Aging is part of human nature so the more older we get our attitude is the one that shows more than our external appearance.
I was lucky to have a mom who encouraged body positivity and maintaining a healthy body with diet and fitness. Not once was she insecure about her fine lines or her aging. She had a healthy self esteem to herself and she took care of herself by living a healthy lifestyle and that influenced me a lot.

@@ellierae09 I do actually what I did was I forced myself to work out and I just got it done with no matter how much it hurt I just pushed through it and the accomplishment I felt afterwards knowing that I did finally do it felt amazing

HEYY Anna I’m 10yrs old and I’ve been struggling with how I look and I’ve been getting teased so this was my first ever workout and I’m so tired!! I have low muscle town and this has helped a bit and I did this for me not for the people who tease me.
I’m not sure if it’s healthy to be worried about body image so young. Four years ago, I don’t think I was too much like that. Please stay safe and treat yourself nice ❤️

I love these Tabata workout! For a beginner like me, 20 secs on 10 mins rest is exactly what I need. If it’s more than that, it would be unbearable but if it’s less it wouldn’t be challenging enough. And 37 mins including warm up and cool down is perfect to keep doing it every day!

I love this kind of workout actually. I am doing your 24 minutes tabata ( the other videos ) and I combined it with 40 minutes yoga alternately. I just really love tabata it's quite enjoyable and I love how you put the background audio

Lol I’m fourteen too but one thing you have to know is it takes a lot to maintain. I worked out so consistently at thirteen with lily sabri and got it, but when I ate too much junk or skipped a day, I would beat myself up for it and basically force myself through another day of working out. Instead of wanting a specific body type, I think we should focus on strength and how it improves your health. And when we are done with that, we can find all the ways to mould our body into what we want it to be❤️❤️

Another great tabata, thank you Anna! These are definitely my favorites. I am worried about the curtsy lunge + jump exercise though, that seems like a very unsafe exercise on the knees. Mine definitely didn’t like the lateral strain on the bands!
