I love this ab workout! have been doing 8 minute abs level 2 twice each time at the gym followed by 20 minutes on a stairmaster which by the way get you seriously ripped and blow all other cardio machines away, am now doing this workout each time. Do this, eat right and get 8 hours sleep a night and you will get amazing abs.
If I dont sleep 8 hours , but 6-7 will I have results And is it good that I do the levels 1, 2 and 3 for 3-4 weeks and than the insane workouts? Pls answer
As muscles grow when you rest, 8 hours is best but 7 is fine- the trick is also to mix it up and change the workouts every month or so to confuse the muscles as you will hit every part of your abs this way.
You should probably do this after your workout depending on what you do to lift. If you are doing heavy squats, deadlifts, or Olympic lifts do this after because those excercises rely heavily on you core and you won't won't your burnt out abs getting in the way.
I mostly just play around with dumbbells and cable. I don't do any power lifting such as squat, dead lift, bench etc. I just like how it gets my heart rate going and just gets me into the mind set to get it done, especially for someone like me who hates lifting haha. Thanks for the advice I'll try doing it after to see how i like it.

I'm 13 is it healthy for me to do this 3-4 times a day and run 1-2 miles and skate board 1-2 miles? I weigh about 148 but most of my fat is near my stomach area it's not to much but when I lay down its like my ribs are poking up? I know there not my abs and when I flex on the floor my abs tend to push up a lot is this normal?

I felt it too it's because your neck is not normally doing something hard after some more time you'll not feel it ;-) My neck hurts me just when I have headache while I'm doing workout :) Good luck in getting abs :)
