Level 1 is good for 3 days then advance to level 2, remember that the diet is the most important fact, even if you do this dialy you would never have good chest if you dont have the proper diet. Try level 1 for 3 days, rest 1 days between each and do yoga and flexibility excersise (total 6 days one week) . Then try the level 2 for only 2 days and between each do yoga and level 1. In resume you have this: Day 1 Level 1 ... Day 2 rest yoga ...( This 3 times until day 6) Day 7 (total rest ) . Day 1 of the second week Level 2... Day 2 Level 1 and yoga ... Day 3 Rest .... Day 4 Level 2 ... Day 5 Level 1 and yoga ... Day 6 ... rest and yoga ... Day 7 ( Total rest) . One the third week you will see results but WAIT . in the third week try new movements and agility using the level 1 and level 2 .. for example run and the make a push up... or jump and make a push ups. The third week is CREATIVITY then the Last week you will need to introduce more strengt and you will see the level 2 like a peace of cake because your body and muscle is totally differents. I have a Master Degree in Physical Condition. In the Next Month try to introduce a sport like basketball or swimming in order to improve your health then after Three months not just your body will be different also your life style. Continue doing step by step and try to finish all the video have a control in excell for example and see your results. After 90 days you will have a new life style and better body. But dont skip after 90 days this is just the beginning. After 90 days you should try to teach your mind and control you body, if you dont do this you will have health problems and mental problems so ensure that you will remember that the final goal is to get healthier

You should probably complete each exercises' range of motion. What you are showing at ex. 7:38 is simply wrong.
Sometimes halfway uses more muscles. Just look at crunches. Nothing more than a half ass "incorrect" situp. But it's still a legitimate work out.
