Ok guys this does work. Let me help inform some of you as to how to get this to work. First you have to do some cardio and compound exercise to lose your body fat or your abs will be hidden under a layer of fat. For example go run a mile or two before doing this, your body will start burning fat Alot quicker after you have done cardiovascular exercise. Second, make sure you diet right. Eat some carbs and proteins as well as starches. They are keys to turn into lean muscle and energy. Sugars burn to fast to be of any real help. Don't over eat. When you get to feeling content stop eating but by no means starve yourself but also don't gorge yourself. Moderation is key. Yes this workout gets really hard. Keep with it. You don't have to do every exercise but try to do a few of each no matter how bad it hurts. If you make it to 5 minutes then keep going to the end doing as many as you can until the workout is done. It gives you a good comparison on your progress and ur building strength to motivate you. Over time you'll see you'll be able to do more of each one until eventually you can do the whole 30 minutes. I'm a big dude from being in the military and this is the perfect thing to keep me in fighting shape. If you get to where this becomes easy for you then go to the store and buy a weight vest and start low with say 2 the extra pounds. You will feel those two extra pounds. For this who are complaining about their necks, it just means your neck muscles are weak and need to tone up also don't truck your chin in your chest. I find it helps if you try to keep your eyes on the ceiling. I hope everyone gets the results the desire from this because I sure did. You have to stick with it, results don't come over night but compare yourself a week down the road and you'll notice it's working. You have to want it and want to look great at any cost. No pain no gain

Just had a baby and trying to tone my tummy.. For some reason the robot motivates me...he just keeps going and I find myself trying to be competitive with him! LOL so in the end I'm pushing myself and getting the most out of my workout!

I have been doing this one and it is super intense, from level 1 to 3 and the first time my body could not support all of it but I kept on pushing and pushing til failure and it is worth it!

I did level 1 8 mins abs workout for like 3-4 weeks, and I wanted to try something new for my abs instead of just taking the level 2.
So I fall over this video and thought I can't do this but let me try, and I actually did both level 1 and 2 in a row so I am quite satisfied.
This is now my task to be able to do this whole excercise.
I am a small guy but had no muscles on my abs.

I started consistantly doing abs a year and a half ago and this was one of my favorite videos because it was hard. When i first did this i found it so hard to do and keep up and now its much less difficult. Keep going guys it gets easier!
Update year later: still do my 30 mins a day, plus other things at the gym and running. Personally my progress with working out has always been slow. (This is probably because I was never able to lock down the diet factor.) I started doing abs in 9th grade and have continued through to now, senior year. Theres definitely improvements, but for me its just been slow progress. I do have some visible abs now that began showing around the end of 10th grade.
Keep going everyone!! Even if you don't see much change now, you will for sure in the future :) I believe in everyone here.

+Gaki1N2D Hi, the best way to avoid this is to pull up from your core and let yor neck be carried with it. I believe the most simple way to do this is by using your imagination and think of it as if you are scooping your core from your head to your knees. Like gliding it from head to knees.

I am a girl and one week wasn't good enough for me.
2 weeks I had muscle and I did this routine for 30 minutes took a shower
did 20 extra sit ups and leg lifts then went to bed.
When I wake up I do this routine wash any sweaty areas get dressed then go to school.
you can also do this routine when ever you are bored or have any free time.
it makes great improvement towards your body and remember use your cores to pull yourself up not your neck.
you can severely hurt your neck doing that.
***** how do i know if im using my core or my neck? cause i put my hand in between my ears, hardly touching them yet i still feel the pain on my neck ;/
+za8cun you also need to keep your neck striaght while doing this so its normal for your neck to hurt. The nuscles in your neck are developing

Absolute boss!! Finished it on the first attempt. Had to pause it at 7:24 for a few seconds because i wasn't expecting that exercise and at 28:50 due to fatigue, but only for a few seconds again :)

I did not do cardio in days when I did this exercise just in days when I rested. 2 times a week . And I was careful about what I eat ! That is very important .
